Course Curriculum Overview :

I like homeoepathy.. faculty is good and available the students and faculty ratio is perfect. High qualified teaching staffs and methos.. 1st term, 2nd term and model then final main exams are available and easy to pass the exams

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 3000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Intership are available in our college and no other companies provided.. we got the stipend according to Intership.. but the stipend is very late to got .. no other projects are available in our college.. but in our intership the college also provide posting in other hospitals like mental hospital gynaecology hospital..

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Course fee per year is around 3000 and Egrants and scholarship are available according to categories. Stipend got in intership. In hostel 45000 per year. No job we got from college. PTA fee is 10000 and union fund is 8000. Around 30000 rupee paided in 1st day of college

Campus Life :

Annual fest are available.. also in our college celebrate all cultural events in kerala. Also homoeo fests are available.. good social status.. All amenities are available in classroom. Sports fest and extra curricular activities on the campus .. like arts.. music fest .. dance fest.. quis competition etc.. social groups are available charity club music club natural club also available..

Hostel Facilities :

Low level of facilities are available in hostel room. Meal quality is not much good.. The menu is not ok for me.. hosetl quotient deposit is 3000 .. and 45000 per yer for hostel fee.. also we paid the current bill and rent of hostel.. affordability is not much good.. locality of my room is interns hostel

Hostel Fee : INR 45000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility of course is entrance exma ie.. NEET exams.. you must score approximate 50% mark the NEET exam and you got the seat in my college. Application is available on the site if the exams are over. Reservation are available for sc/st ,oec and obc categories.

Padiyar College, A college with more than 100 years of rich History.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of study is 4.5 years of studies and 1 year of mandatory internship at the College Hospital. BHMS although hard to study has been a very successful course after completetion and is easy to get a good paying job after completetion. Semester exams are conducted every 4 months and a model exam every year before the yearly university Exams. Supplementary exams arew conducted for students who fail the yearly universitiy exams every 6 months. Only downside I felt in the curriculum is the slight lack of clinical hours which can help mold the students to prepare for the real world.

KUHS and my experience at DPMHMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

BHMS is the kind of course which requires more practical experience than theory, the curriculum provides us with 2 hour of practicals and 4 hours of theory during the first 3 years and during the final year (spans 1.5year) you will have 3 hours of practicals and 3 hours of theory everyday, which prepares you well enogh for the real world encounters with patients. It would've been better if they include medical camps in socially backwards communities with less accessibility to medicine, as a part of the curriculum,which will help the students to get out of their comfort zones and become better prepared for the future. Since the curriculum covers many subjects, of great importance, conducting monthly or trimesteral exams will help the students to have a better understanding of the subject and lessen the burden for final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love Bhms because this method of treatment involves the patient as a whole of the treatment. Not the disease or medicine. It involves no surgical treatment. Clinics are less expensive. Now faculty are less in our college in certain departments But will be copped by soon

Remarks:

I like homoeopathy and wanted to be a Doctor.Efficient teaching faculty,pleasent atmosphere,freedom of expression,best infrastructure are qualities I like.Hospital attached to the college also have good infrastructure and facilities like general op,special op department, ultrasound scaning,echocardigraphy,x ray.speech and language therapist and dietition also available.so that we can learn more from each department.
