Course Curriculum Overview :

PGDM is a course which makes a student industry ready and I was looking for exactly that. As I have a Commerce background i opted for finance as my specialization. Faculty is very knowledgeable and resourceful. Most of them hold years of industry and corporate experience. Exams are quite manageable if studied well.

Internships Opportunities :

Radio Mirchi was the company to provide internship opportunities to HR students and multiple opportunities to Marketing students as well. Highest stipend yet was Rs.50000 to a HR student. GEP solutions came for Operations centric internships with stipend of 25000rs. Finance related internships are quite less.

Placement Experience :

We start getting internship opportunities from the first trimester it self and if the performance is good there's a chance to get PPO too. Campus placements start from 5th trimester. Multiple companies visit the campus including the Big 4. Marketing students get the highest amount of package. Average Package is of 7-8 lakhs. Almost 90% of the students get placed. I intend to get placed among the Big 4 in core finance after I get the degree

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for the total course is 800000rs breaking it down to 425000 for first year and 375000 for the second. I had to take out a loan as financial assistance and as I'm only 6 months in there are multiple internship opportunities.

Campus Life :

The Campus is huge and very gorgeous. Aarohan is the annual fest conducted in our college held in January. Multiple smaller fests like hackathons, case study competitions are held on regular basis too. We get a state of Art library with huge amount of books as well as complete access to E-Library. Classrooms are Digital as well as traditional as it has both e-board as well as normal. Sports is encouraged a lot and have a full sized ground and 2 turfs on the Rooftop as well. Various cells like the CSR Cell, Alumni Cell, SWC ( student welfare committee) are run by students

Admission :

I applied for CET as well as CMAT in which scored 93 and 80 respectively. To apply for this course you'll have to face GDPI and your past records matter as well i.e. profile. Application form is available on the college site itself and the form costs around 2000rs.

Interview Experience :

I had to face an interview only as I couldn't be there for the offline GD as I stayed away from the city of my college. Interview questions were mostly related to your personality and situation based questions was also asked. Questions regarding your past education can also be asked as it was asked to my friends. As for GD topic like " Is India EV ready" , "Cryptocurrency: Good or Bad" such insightful topics were given.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The most important aspect of curriculum that i thought about before choosing this was they had more practical applications than theoretical teaching like they taught us Photoshop, Microsoft azure, and frequent master classes for Power BI. They prepare us to be job-ready and teachers also inform us about future roles and improvements. The college needs to improve by adding some subjects like operations in curriculum. The exams are conducted in trimester patterns exam in 3 months with CIA in between and 3 trimester in one year.

Placement Experience:

After first 2 semesters, students got internship, some got PPO, later on in mid of third semester companies started to come in campus for placements. Companies like Deloitte, PWC are there any also companies by Tata, Birla, Ambani are also there. But we careful of companies which promises salary but are fake.
