- Faculty are too good. Some of them have completed their Ph.D.
- Placements are high, more than 80% students are getting placed in well reputed companies.
Dislikes
- The campus is small when compared with others.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose Artificial Intelligence because it is now the trending technology that has more future. The faculty was very good. Some of the faculty members completed their PhD also. Their teaching was good if a student didn't understand they would repeat as many times until the student understood. So no need to worry about faculty. In the year we have 2 semesters for every six months we have one semester. In that semester after 3 months we have 1st mid again after 6 months we have another mid and final exams. As the college is autonomous there is more possibility to pass the exams easily.
Internships Opportunities :
We had an internship on AI-ML, which was conducted on campus by Make Skilled Company. We can also do internships apart from the campus internship. It is mandatory to do an internship in 4th year. The students will also have credits if they do internships in the 4th-year 1st semester.
Placement Experience :
From 3rd year 2 semester, the students are eligible for placements, some of the companies will come at the end of 3rd year and some others will come at 4 th year. For the 2023 passed-out batch- they got TCS, Accenture, DXC, Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, HCL, EPAM, Value Labs, Virtusa, and still some other companies also visited. More than 80% of students placed. After getting a degree we can do the job or we can plan for MTech by writing a GATE examination or MS in foreign countries.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fee is 48000 per year and for Training and placements again we should pay an extra 10000. Compared to other colleges the college fee structure is reasonable. The college supports scholarships if the student is merit then they will reduce fees. Based on the last passout batch they got my campus drives more than 80% placed with more than 4 lakhs package.
Campus Life :
In May, they conducted Tech Explore Fest for 3 days - 2 days for technical and 1 day for cultural. Here there is a central library, it consists of many books which are related to academics and some other books. The features in classrooms are 4 fans for each classroom, one projector, and a whiteboard. Our college conducts cricket matches and badminton and supports NSS. IEEE club, GDSC - Google developer student clubs, English clubs
Hostel Facilities :
In the hostel, the facilities are good. A room consists of 5 to 6 members and racks for each person with 2 fans and we have common washrooms. The meal quality was too good, out of 10 I will rate it as 9 for food which they provide. Daily morning there is no repeat of tiffin, they will keep us as much as we want. There will be nonveg on Wednesday night only once a week. For the students who don't eat non veg for them, they will provide veg. They give us eggs on Tuesday night and Sunday night, 2 times a week. Eggs can be boiled egg, egg curry, or egg rice, those who don't eat them will provide another veg curry or gobi-rice. The hostel fee Is now 68000 per year. There will be no registration process for first-year students they can directly come and talk to the principal or wardens in Ravindra College. For Pullaiah students who want to stay in a hostel, they should stay in the Ravindra hostel back side of Pullaiah College. For both Ravindra and Pullaiah College, there is only one hostel.
Admission :
Based on 2020 admissions, there is no entrance exam. Eligibility is - we should get below 30000 rank in eamcet and we can join as management seat which has donation of 1 and half lakh and the students who have jvd they don't get money. If we join based on eamcet rank we will get jvd. After counselling student should go to college and we can find the application form there. There is no fees for application form, the dates will be shared in your message inbox. There are reservation benefits for BC, SC, and ST students, their rank can be more than 30000 in EAMCET. Does not need any improvement it was totally good.
