Likes

There are so many extra curricular activities like silex(association of medical laboratory technology), practicals,postings,, outdoor classess and workshops etc.
Provides unique programs like students support guidelines,how to prepare exam classess.And specialy trained faculties for providing good knowledge about how to become a good laboratory technologists.

Dislikes

I thing some of the topic in the syllabus is tough
College costs are too high including tuition fees.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I like to work in the medical field, So I chose this course. 60 facilities for our block. Faculties are very helpful for achieving our dreams. They are like a good friend. All of them are helpful. The exams are held on time.

Class Size : 30Course Fees : INR 82000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We got internship opportunities from famous hospitals like Lourdes Hospital, Rajagiri Hospital, Don Bosco Hospital, etc. They provide a 2000 stipend per month, and the internship is a 1-year agreement. Our faculties give proper guidelines for the interviews.

Placement Experience :

We have good placement support from famous hospitals Lourdes Hospital, Aster Mendicity, Amrutha Medical College, Lissy Hospital, Rajagiri, etc. They provide placement for 4th-year students.90 percent of students passed the interviews, and some failed. I am working as a lab technician in a hospital.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

We get student loans in between the first and second semesters. We got scholarships. The fee is 82000 rs per year. Financial help from our college. We are very happy to have the opportunity to study at that college.

Campus Life :

We have College Day, Sports Day, and Arts Day festivals. And yearly the MLT program is conducted by the MLT association named Silex. A seperate library for all batches of MLT students and smart rooms. They conduct alumni meets.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is located near my college. Kerala-style food, non-veg provided 4 days a week. The monthly fee is 4000. There is a beautiful garden, a badminton playing ground.4 people in one room, beds are double ducker and 1 bathroom.

Hostel Fee : INR 48000 per year

Admission :

The students must have studied science in +2, with a minimum of 50 percentage marks in biology, chemistry, physics, and English. We can get application forms from both the online and college offices. Application fees are 500 rupees.10% of OBC reservation,5 % other sc, st category reservation provides.

Go for BSC electronics if you like Theories.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cause I wanted to fix every electronics equipments like speakers..but I regretted after taking this course because it mainly focus on the theoretical part and practicals which is basic like creating signals, integrated and differentiated waves. But the last semesters were good practical topics like DSP , ARDUINO,Esp866 are also there.Final year projects will make you a pro,if taken seriously. Students also get opportunities to study programming papers of CS students, which is a good thing helping electronics students to switch between cs and electronics in future.

SNC - Good College For Chemistry.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum includes maths and physics as complimentary subjects till the 4th semester, which will definitely help if you're taking your masters after this since maths and physics will be a part.
