Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose (BE)mechanical engineering because I want to pursue my further carrier in technical line and mechanical engineering gives you a whole knowledge about the recent market and how to withstand it. my college provides a good education and gives you practical knowledge also. The college faculties are very helpful and also kind so if we have any quarry or any issues so they resolve it as per their timings and requirements, most of the faculty completed their masters and did the Ph.D. so by knowledge the college provides a good and skilled faculty. the term exams are settled at every 5-6-month intervals and the College takes 2 Mid sem exams. and then after the final exam is taken by gtu. so they are easy enough to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
The college is not provided any internships from their side, but the program is conducted by other small institutes that provide internship programs. I did the 6th sem internship in AIA engineering and this internship is not provided by the college I have to find that by myself.
Placement Experience :
To become eligible for campus placements you have to complete the 8 sem. than if the placement comes in our college which is quite rare in mechanical engineering. and you are good enough to show your skills then there is a chance to get campus placements. I don't know any deep knowledge about my college's highest package or companies but there is a chance of 20% that you are getting campus placements. my plan is after the degree has pursued a master's in India or abroad.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in my college is 73000 per year. and they take 8000rupees as a library fee that they give back when you complete your study in this college. there is no official scholarship by the college but there is many scholarship which is given by the government in our college named MYSY. This scholarship criterion is 60+ percent in the 12th board.
Campus Life :
One of the biggest fest conducted by L.J. is "LUMINA" In this fest all the students have the opportunity to showcase their skills and knowledge, the classroom of college is average most of the room is non-ac and the bench are older. the sports and extracurricular activities program is also held in this collage in winter there is one Instagram page of LJIET which is run by a student known as 'L.J. confessions' you can check out. the campus life in this college is good.
Admission :
In mechanical engineering, the L.J.I.E.T offers two types of admission process one is based on your score in the 12th, and the other is the NRI form, but the fees structure of both the admission process is the same so if you don't have good marks in your 12th board than also you can get admission in this college, the whole process is online you only have to go for once at college for registration. I don't availed any benefit of reservation and scholarship but there is a based on MYSY.
