Maharaja Sayajiorao Unversity is the one of the best university in GUJARAT.
Campus life is beautiful and enjoyable. We usually played cricket, football, etc in our ground.

Food facility in hostels , I didn't like it.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is well qualified and have great experience in their subject. They take full interest in teaching their subject and find different ways to make it interesting. They always help us and are ready to solve our queries related to subjects or anything else. Most of the teachers are helpful and kind. The ratio of Teacher: Student is 1:60.

Class Size : 1000Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The companies that visited MSU Baroda for Internship placements, According to me, More than 30 companies visited the campus for MSU placements in 2022, Which included names such as ICICI prudential life insurance co. Reliance, Tech Mahindra, etc, The highest package offered was INR 10.2 LPA.

Placement Experience :

About 80% of computer science department students were placed. Around 17 LPA was the Highest package and 3 LPA was the lowest package and 6 LPA package was the average package in our University.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure was too feasible even for the lower middle class to pay. we used to pay 9548/- Ruppes for a year. The fees of the hostel are also feasible for the lower middle class. Only food was a concern.

Campus Life :

There are many activities like events labs, sports, etc. There are very good labs for sports University has a big ground and in for four groups speciate nt many activities also some students participate in various sports. And won prizes.

Admission :

Appear for the GUJCET entrance examination. A merit list will release candidates who are given the institute-wise and course-wise cutoff for all the colleges participating in GUJCET counseling through ACPC. Take part in the counseling process. After counseling the ACPC release the merit list on their website. on allotted admission to MSU BARODA, The candidate must produce all ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES and necessary declarations to complete the eligibility process.

Placement Experience:

The students can seat for placement in 3rd and 4th year. The package starts from 4LPA to 39LPA. If you study well and have the skills then you will definitely get a placement and a decent package. My plans is after btech is to go for post graduation.

As far as I know the first batch of our course will pass out in 2026 but the placement for mtech cybersecurity is quite good with median at 13lpa and min 8lpa. The highest placement till date is around 67lpa
