Course Curriculum Overview :

I was willing to work in the marketing department of the company and MBA in marketing can give me a good platform to start my career. The faculty of this university is very good and the environment is very friendly, students are divided into 5 classes, a total of 250 approx. students. All the faculties have done doctorates. The university exams are of 2.5 hours and are that much difficult to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

Many good companies come for the interview such as Radio One, Vitebox assortions LLP, Hindustan times, Get bak, Motilal oswal etc They all have stipends starting from 3000 to 15000 per month. They have variety of projects such as Summer Internship program, Comprehensive Project etc.

The majority of high packages are offered in Marketing specialization. 75% is placement percent To build a career in sales and marketing.

The fees each year pass by 5000-10000 per year, so your total study cost will be 3 Lakh for the entire course. I got a placement in Chawla Publications (P) Ltd. and also got an internship at Vitebox Assortions LLP.

Campus Life :

Annual Fest and Tech Fest are conducted in the month of December and February respectively. There is a large variety of books and journals available in the library that can be very useful for academic as well as personal reading interests. Ac classes, smart board, good chairs. Volleyball, skating, athletics, and football games are played regularly and the person who has an interest in them can get a good career in this. There are many clubs run by students.

Admission :

You have to give CMAT exam to get admission to GLS University. You can get all the information from the NTA website. There are some fee benefits and seat benefits in this university. They have the regular MBA admission process, they need to start taking PI if possible.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placements. The placements procedure has not yet started. 6 lakh is the highest package and 4.5 lakh is the average package. Mostly the profiles offered are marketing only. 10-15% of students are getting placements. My future plans after getting the degree are to get exposed to the corporate world.

Placement Experience:

The placements are the best across India. It is only one of the 5 to get audited and officially published. There are two placement procedures that a student goes through. The summer internship is mandatory as per the course, which is supposed to happen between the two years. The placement of the same happens around Nov-Dec in 3 clusters, which is decided as per the batch. Then the Final Placement happens in Second Year, around Feb in a similar fashion. A detailed report of the number of companies and package is available on the website.

Admission:

Admissions are granted on the basis of merit in the CMAT exam. My CMAT score was pretty decent, but still, I have to wait for the second round of counselings. After that, I appeared for the interview round and Group discussion, which was pretty easy for me as I was practicing for the interview round and giving mock interviews.

Placement Experience:

Placements were okayish. Our institute had corporate tie ups with many reputable companies, which they used to invite for the campus placements. Packages offered were also good. the highest package went as high as 12 LPA, while the average package offered was of 4 LPA.
