Remarks :
I am honoured to be a part of this institute. The college is located near to the market place which makes it easy for the students to carry their research work. I have a very rich experience with the institute till now. I have developed many skills which are of great importance for working in the industry.
Entrance Preview :
I joined this college after appearing for MAT June 2017. I got 98.26 percentile in MAT. I came to know about this college from various online websites which provide consultancy for admission in colleges. It follows a set of interview procedure. The procedure includes 3 stages of which first one is a case study analysis, second one is telephonic interview and last one is personal interview round. I chose this college because it provides google certification in digital marketing and also a course in SAP for various specializations.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course structure is very relevant to the needs of the current requirements of the industry. It also focuses on the practical knowledge. The students are given some tasks like market research or selling a product in the market. It helps in developing the communication skills of the students and also giving an insight of the market which is very much important for the students. The institute provides elective options like marketing, finance, human resource, operations etc.
Internships Opportunities :
The college provides not one but three internship opportunities to its students. All the internships are of 2 months' duration. The time period of first internship is from January to march and for the second one is June to august and for the last one is December to February next year. The experience of our senior batch was very good. They all had internships with big brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Asian Paints etc. The avg stipend amount was approximately ₹10000 per month.
Placement Experience :
The placements in the institute begins in the month of september only. So, the placements have been started for our senior batch. Till now more than 50 per cent students have been placed. The companies which visit the campus for placements every year are Coal India Ltd., Oil India Ltd., SAIL, SBI, ITC Ltd., Van hussein, Hotel Hilton, Synergy marketing Inc., Alibaba .com, TDI and many more. Students were placed with an average package of 6.5 lakhs for the year 2016.
College Events :
The cultural fests which was organised was Lamhe 2017. It was organized by the students of the institute. The purpose was to let the students gain experience by doing the things. We learnt a lot by organising this event. The technical events held were for letting us know the importance of technology in every sector of the industry. We were also given knowledge of website designing. The organization was very good. The average footfall was 1200.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It is very much affordable. The fees of PGDM with SAP is ₹ 590000. It includes ₹ 50000 for registration and ₹ 5000 is caution deposit which is not included in the above mentioned amount.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college helps in getting the loans from various financial institutions like Avanse, Credila and also from some banks. The college does not provide any scholarship. The fees for every student is same.
Campus Life :
The college provides various opportunities to the students to develop ourselves in terms of experiences, skills and understanding. Yes every student of the institute gets ample opportunities to develop his/her inner talent by doing various tasks and assignments given by the faculties. The facilities are very good. The college also engages its students in various management games to build the team skills, risk taking skills etc.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, I reside in the hostel. The rooms are on sharing basis. No the institute does not have PGs. It only has different hostels for boys and girls. The amount which we paid for hostel is ₹85000 which includes the hostel fee as well as food charges. So it is very much affordable. The food is very good. The food is served in the college mess only. It also has a canteen which is open for the whole day.
Alumni/Alumna :
We have daily interaction with the alumni of the college. The college also provides us rhe opportunity to learn from their experiences. Yes the alumni play a role of mentors for mentoring the current students of the institute.
Exam Structure :
No, the exams and labs dont make us feel tired. The institute has a very chill culture. They have computer labs, library etc where we can sit and study while no one is allowed to disturb us.
Faculty :
Faculties here are very much experienced. They all have served in different reputed organizations and some have their own start ups or business. They are always available for the students. We can ask our queries on phone call also during any time of the day. They will not left any stone unturned to explain you the concepts. They teach every concept with the help of the examples of the industry or current market scenarios or trends.
