Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because from childhood I had an urge to mechanics line and always wanted to achieve a bachelor's mechanical degree There are more boys as compared to girls Teaching methods are good all teachers are well qualified and teach with full effort The exams were held quarterly a year and if you think you will pass without studying like other colleges then you are wrong It's quite difficult to pass the examinations

Class Size : 37Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

My plan was to get a goverment job and work 6 days a week but unfortunately for some reason, I couldn't get that and was aware of other high paid jobs so I prefered company private jobs over goverment jobs

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

100000 IND rupees are charged annually and I personally think it's great to pay the fees because it is worth it most of the students have a good background and financially strong Bachelors in Mechanical I got a job in aeroplane services by lufthansa

Campus Life :

Yea it was a quite good life on campus all students were friendly no bullying and absolute freedom I would again prefer to get admitted to this college There were many sports activities like football, l cricket, basketball etc I had a group of friends who liked to jam after classes

Hostel Facilities :

It was in Chennai near Appolo I was given every possible facility that can be given Every day the lunch and dinner used to be veg but during weekends it used to be non-veg good hygienic food I registered from an online site

Hostel Fee : INR 7000 per year

Admission :

You have to be passed from icsce board class 12 and be very fluent in English speaking. Application forms can be found on the college site itself loylacollege.com and the fees are different for different casts Yes there is a quite big improvement in the last few years

After JEE Advanced the student who cannot make it to the IITs comes here despite having prior knowledge of the branches. The faculty-student ratio is good at 1:9. The qualification of most of the faculty is good. Term exams are not so difficult and easy to score and they are taken timely.

Always don't focus on placements and select the college. Search for college which concentrate on co-curricular and other technical activities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the final year 1st semester. TCS and Accenture are the major recruiters, followed by Deloitte, Cognizant, and MuSigma. TCS and Accenture were selected by almost 1000 students from all the branches. The highest package offered is Microsoft which is 10L and the Average salary is 3.36L for the System Engineer role. 80% of students usually get placed in the first 8 months and the remaining 10% get placed by end of the course. My plan is to go for an MBA after a prior experience.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement training is for different sections is there. for that also we have to pay a certain amount which is 8000, So those companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, TeChmahindra, Genpact, Capgemini, Mphasis, HCl, ETC. The highest package is a fresher 7 LPA. Minimum package 3 LPA and few 2.6 depends upon roles. 60- 65 % percent of people will be in place. I want to work as a software engineer at Capgemini.
