  • I used to only hate some of management of college regarding our hostels
  • I also used to hate that girls were allowed only once. A week outing

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course as it was my dream to become a dentist and in our batch, there were 100 students the seats were full and the faculty was very good and experienced with full of knowledge. The teachers had master's degrees and other degrees also. There used to be 3 term exams and one pre-University exam before the University exam the term exams were not too hard but tricky and pre-University were like University exams.

Internships Opportunities :

We used to have an internship program in our college only but our college didn't take money for internships and we get a stipend only for full attendance. We used to have a college CDE program and IDA meetings were there outside the college for more benefits.

Placement Experience :

After the final year, students become eligible for placements. BDS is a medical profession so clinical research and practice can be pursued and can go for higher education after clearing neet MDS papers. On average, we can earn 50000 monthly after BDS. I want to pursue my education and do MDS.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition fee was 230000 and the hostel fee was 65000 and now it has changed the tuition fee is 200000 and the hostel fee is the same. We used to have a CDE program for future experience and knowledge and if you top the college the university provides gold medals and scholarships. BDS is a medical professional so the job depends on clinical practice and experience.

Campus Life :

Sports programs used to be held on the campus or outside it. In extracurricular activities, we used to have wax carving, poster making, face painting, etc. We used to have annual functions and festival parties. All the books and journals are available in the library.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel rooms were single or double rooms with beds, almirah, table chairs, and light fans, and in summer cooler was there. We used to get morning breakfast lunch evening snacks and dinner. With paranthas in the morning, sabji chapati chawal daal dahi in the afternoon, milk tea and snacks in the evening, and daal chawal roti sabzi for dinner. We used to get special food on Sundays. Only vegetarian. Registration for the hostel was during admission only. We can get PG near our college and other locations where the market area.

Admission :

If you want admission to this college first you have to qualify for the NEET UG examination, after qualifying, you can apply online on the college website of maharaja ganga singh dental college and research center or you can directly contact the college DM from where you can get all the information and yes you get reservation benefits. The admission process is simple there is no need for change.

Interview Experience :

Yes, group discussions were there with different topics based on a different department like child dentistry, conscious sedation, perio pinnacle orthodontics reports etc., and there used to be quizzes and seminars. We used to discuss with teachers and do online searches.

At some interval of time various seminar are organised which help in developing the knowledge about that also provided chances to everyone to speak on stage so that fear of crowd will get eliminated and also patient interaction is made for getting experience of patient doctor relationship. Exam are moderately difficult can be passed easily if going through books and attentive in lectures.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is much more required now a days as people are more concerned about their astheic and oral hygiene so people are required to aware about this course , as for teeth it is not required to visit a mbbs we should go directly to a dentist for our oral hygiene maintenance and for good astheic appearance

Course Curriculum Overview:

I love the smile and satisfaction on the patient's face after work is done. Faculty: student ratio on approx can be 6:10. Well, they all are doctors with very good teaching skills and all are very supportive. There are HOD for each department that has completed their UG PG and Ph.D. and a reader and senior lecturer. There age monthly exams and 1 main University exam which is not that much tough because college provides us with enough of knowledge that each of us can attempt every question.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course as I always wanted to be a doctor but didn't want to do mbbs. Also, I wanted to be a surgeon so I opted for this. It's a great course if done with enough experience you can earn more than most doctors out there. Faculty used to be nice here but not anymore. Some old stuff is left which is still very helpful. It has around 500-700 students. And also provide internships. Most of the staff is very well qualified and MDS. There's nothing to lie about the teaching practices still used in our country. which all depend on books. If you can ratify it you will pass it. Still cramming words is inspired by students. Patients are also fewer here. Every year two MSTs are taken and then PUC one month before the UC which are the final exams. The two practicals are taken at PUC and UC. Passing is at 50% which is not very hard to score.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I Choose This Course because I Didn't Clear rhe cutoff For MBBS course so I have to Choose this field. 2-3 Faculty Are there for each department in the college , i.e 1 Teacher for 33 students as there is maximum of 100 students in each batch. Most of the Faculty's have completed there post graduation in the field , i.e MDS ( master's of Dental Surgery) but there are also some faculty who only had there under graduation degree , i.e BDS (Bachelor's Of Dental Surgery). There is no semester system here yearly exams are taken. But Internals examination are also there which are held every four months. Examination Paper's are directly from the RUHS University which are neither Easy nor Hard.

Admission:

I took PCBE in 12th standard and scored 94% marks in the board exams. I always had a keen interest in dentistry subjects and thus decided to do my bachelor's in the dental surgery from this college.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the Jaipur Dental College is very good. They provide the best placement assistance. After completing the studies I will apply for the Jaipur Dental Hospital only so that I can learn as well as work.
