Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to switch from science to management and that is why chose MBA, NMIMS is one of the finest institutions in India for an MBA. The faculty is amazing here, they are super qualified and know their subjects to the core. Student to Faculty ratio is optimum and each student gets adequate attention.

Class Size : 200Course Fees : INR 900000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college offers many live projects with good companies while studying the course. Summer internships are compulsory for all students which college's responsibility. All students get placed. There is also a social internship that one has to do with NGOs.

Placement Experience :

Many good companies come on campus for hiring. Hundred percent of students get placed at Nmims Bangalore at good companies with good packages. Marketing and Finance students get to sit in maximum companies and have more lucrative offers.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The ROI is good in this B-school. One can take up live projects while studying and earn some extra cash and also gain experience. There are plenty of opportunities that get floated around. As long as I've been here, we haven't seen a fee hike as well.

Campus Life :

NFluence is the new annual fest that is taking place, before that Nityaksh was the name. TEDx is also conducted at NMIMS Bangalore and esteemed speakers are called from around the globe. The campus, classrooms are fully equipped and a lot of cafés are nearby. There are many clubs and committees are there, which are very active and drive the College's enthusiasm.

Admission :

One needs to give NMAT exam to get into NMIMS, be it any branch. After the exam, we immediately get the score, and later a cutoff is released and one has to fill out an additional form of preferences. If you clear the cutoff then you are eligible to sit for the GD and PI rounds and if you clear both then you get selected. It is a rigorous process.

Interview Experience :

First one needs to give NMAT, for which the pattern is more or less like CAT and then later one has to clear GDs and PI. GDS was based on abstract topics but for some, it was fact-based, preparation for both is necessary. The interview is more like a conversation around your SOP and resume, also situational questions are asked.

MBA from Alliance- one step ahead

Placement Experience:

I did MBA from Alliance University and it is a 2 year program so from 2nd year companies started to come. many reputed organizations like Oracle, TCS, HCL, Delloite, PwC, Croma, Xiaomi, Aditya Birla, Panasonic, Schneider etc came for recruitment. Highest package was 21.6 LPA by Kaseya Ltd. and average package was somewhere around 8. More than 95% students got placement in my batch. I have plans to open my own restaurant very soon.
