Remarks :

Admission can be done by MH-CET for BE courses, After the entrance exam you have to go through CAP rounds and there you get this college in counselling. Here the minority seat are for Christians and scholarship are also available to category student.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I opted B.E in Information Technology. Here for a batch of 70 students, there are 1 Professor for every subject and 1 professor for Practical, Faculty are Highly qualified most of all have done a Master's and currently pursuing a Ph.D.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Here college does not provide many internship opportunities you have to to search it on your own, You can get an internship in various startup as we have our incubation center CIBA Mumbai where you can get an internship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Here on average fees is around 1.5 lakh every year for general student and It is less for the respective category. For general students, You can get an EBC scholarship provided by the Government of Maharashtra, The fees for a general student is quite high.

Campus Life :

The campus Is pretty good comparing other colleges in Mumbai. Here for the odd sem FACES and the even sem ETAMAX is the fest. The fest here is not that great. This college is highly focused on Academics rather than fest. The library is not that big but 50-70 people can accommodate and read silently all academic-related books there. There are many Clubs in college conducting various events and worship. E-cell, Manthan, NSS, ARC, and IEEE are some of the major clubs. ARC club is the most interesting club that deals with Robot making and participating in worldwide competitions.

UMIT best engineering institute for women

Placement Experience:

At the start of the 6th sem campus placement gets started in July. Dates are given to companies who are coming to interview students. Amdocs and Infosys used to give a very good package to computer engineering students. More than 75 % of students get placed.

Good infrastructure and facilities

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for the campus from the seventh semester. The companies visited in the core sector are Triveni Turbines, Manas Agro Industries, Bosch, Mecgale pneumatics, and Antony waste. The highest package was up to 4 LPA and the lowest was 2.2 LPA. 30% of students get placements during the Covid period. I got placed in a power plant and I m working there.
