Remarks :

Training aims to build technical capacity of national, state and district level health personnel so that they are better placed to carry out research, analyse data and learn the application of systematic research techniques in improving health programmes. All the students are urged to undergo these training programmes inorder to learn and grow in their field.

Entrance Preview :

Students are required to give entrance examination to be able to apply for this course. The entrance examination is conducted by the college every year and students must have secured not less than 40% marks in the Entrance Test. In case of SC and ST candidates, minimum marks shall be not less than 30% marks. Personal round of interview are also conducted and given preference for the eligibility.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our programmes are world class in scientific content, delivery and most appropriate to the conditions of developing countries. The curriculum of each course is continuously updated to incorporate the latest advances in public health and to meet the changing needs of the students. A lot of guest lectures and seminars are conducted regularly by the college.

Campus Life :

Separate hostel facility of boys and girls with numerous amenities is available for students at IIPH. Facility of computer lab with modernized machines and software is available for students at IIPH. Internet facility through LAN and Wi-Fi network is also available for students. Facility of guest lectures and industrial tours are also available at IIPH.

Faculty :

The college has over 71 highly qualified faculty with diverse experience. Their expertise is being put to good use in research, teaching and the practice of public health. They also assists partner institutions in management and conduct of public health programmes. The teachers are very well qualified and believes in modern interactive methods of teachings. The notes provided by these teachers are too easy to learn and understand.
