Everything is good here. I don't find anything bad. They are strict but only for our welfare and nothing else.
Entrance Preview :
I had given RPET (Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test) exam for this college and i score 53 marks and had chosen this college because of its disciplined environment in terms of teaching and everything. I had chosen computer engineering because of its scope.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course structure covers almost all the subjects and helps in getting knowledge regarding the field. Problem solving skills are improved so thatit helps in creating logic of different queries. Course contains 6 subjects in every semester and subjects like Artificial Intelligence are also included.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes college provide internship and stipend is 6000-7000. Companies like dewberry gives stipend of 15000 to each student. They focus on learning rather than giving large amount of stipend. They also give opportunities to students to work on the college projects.
Placement Experience :
Placements are very nice of our college. Companies like Infosys,Capgemini,TCS,Indian Army, Indian Navy and many more visited our college and the average package is of 3 lakh to 3.25 lakh. One of our student placed in google with package of 61 lakh. Almost every student is placed till the end of the 4th year.
College Events :
'Aarohan' is the major college event in which number of events occur which includes sections of technical,club,cultural,sports in which almost every student participates and a team is formed from each year of each department and different competitions takes place among different teams.This whole fest is driven by students only and everything is managed by them. Fun Corner is also introduced in this event where fun activities takes place and everyone is allowed to showcase his talent.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee Structure of college is feasible but of hostel is expensive as compared to accomodation but yes facilities in the hostel is good and there is an increment of 3000-4000 every year in hostel fees which results in leaving the hostel.There is a separate fees of coolong and non-cooling rooms of hostel. College 73,500/year Hostel 82,000/year(Cooling)
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes they offer 'TFWS' seat for the students scoring good in 12th examination in which 75% to 80% fees is reduced and also gives prize money if student has top in any semester in college.
Campus Life :
Boys are more in college as compared to girls and yes we have four colleges and the diversity of whole poornima is about 10000 students and 1100 faculty including teachers,staff and lab technicians. Labs are well managed with the good internet facility and various competition of sports like 'Smriti' takes place every year and various debate competition are also held in the college and there are robotics clubs of college where students make robots and coordinators which are seniors help juniors in making robots and encourages to take particpate in various robotic competitions.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel Rooms are good enough and have facilities of ambulance which is 24 hrs and wardens look after every student and hostel fest is also organised at the end of every year. Talking about food they provide good quality of food and also provide without oil food if the student is ill or suffering from any kind of disease. They are very cooperative in every aspect.
Alumni/Alumna :
Senior students help us a lot whether in terms of taking decision or project making or motivating. In every semester 4-5 Alumni session takes place in which number of queries are asked by the students and motivating sessions are also given by them and knowledge regarding market is also shared.
Exam Structure :
Yes exams and labs frequently takes place and the college has a very hectic schedule.After every month there is a mid term and in each semester there are two mid terms and a main university semester exams.College summer timings are from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm on Monday,Wednesday and Friday where as 8:00 am to 2:30 pm on tuesday thursday and saturday where as in winters half an hour is incremented in college timings i.e from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and 8:30 am to 3:30 pm in winters.
Admission :
I took admission on the basis of RPET score and after undergoing a counselling process i got this college. In my counselling form i filled this college as my first priority because of its positive review and hearing a lot about this college. Administration was so cooperative and told us everything about the college and helped us in visiting the college and exploring it better and told us about every single rule.
Faculty :
Faculty are very supportive as they encourage us to do many things so that we can easily withstand in the corporate sector. They provide good solutions to our every problem. Work regarding the department are mostly done by the students as the faculty advise them to do, so that they can learn many things and helps in creating a good resume. Faculty of department are M.tech and PhD holders.
