Remarks :

Thapar college is very good college in terms of teaching learning and extra circular activities. Teachers are very good and responsible. Very much into providing knowledge to students. You can ask anything from them and even can discuss about your future

Entrance Preview :

I gave AIEEE and JEE MAINS both. I scored around 135 in AIEEE and opt of thapar college because of its reputation and learning here is much much better than government colleges. Regular classes with full of un.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My chemical core courses started from 2nd year comprises of heat transfer mass transferchemical technology,chemical reaction engineering,mass fluidsand many more.

Internships Opportunities :

Till now i had done 1.5 months internship in petrofac gurgaon. However no stipend was given but there was alot to learn about chemical applications in an industry.

Placement Experience :

In our campus placement scenario is really very good. Many of the core companies like reliance,hindustan uniliver,infogain will be coming mostly with a package of 6 to 8 lacs pe year.

College Events :

Two types of fests are there one is aranya technical fest and saturnalia cultural fest. Apart from these two there are many clubs in college which usually organise there events regularly.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees here is quite expensive. But if you are a good student then you can score well in your first semester and then you will be eligible for scholarship. If ranked first than whole of your fees will be given by college itself 6 months course fee is 92k-1lac including hostel total fees is around 1.5 lacs for 6 months ie one semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship is offered by college if you score CGPE above 8 and score first rank in your class after tht some to second ranker and third also.

Campus Life :

I have never seen such a great campus. Excellent seniors. Help each and every junior with any kind of help he,she required. There are more boys than girls in campus. Hostel parties are there once in 6 months. No kind of ragging is there.

Hostel Facilities :

For boys there are sufficient hostels. In first year it may be on sharing basis but after that there is a choice for single room or on sharing basis.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni in thapar university is very active. Alumni meets are there once in every year. Alumni farewell is also given to fourth year students. Already told about seniors you can rely on them very easily. They will help you to any extent.

Exam Structure :

In one semester mid semesters and end semesters exams are there. They take quizes also 2 times. Once before mid semester and secondly before end semester exams.

Faculty :

Faculty here is just awesome. They are punctual,very responsible towards students. Guide each and every student personally.They are more like mentors to students.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is good and differs in every course, the highest placement record is 45.5lpa which is going to be increased the number if companies visiting is also increasing which increases the number of placements and the average package is 8lpa. If I can't get a on campus placement then I will try for off campus placement. Students of final year of their course will be eligible for the placements if they fulfill the company putted criterias. As college promised the 100% placement but it is not right only some students were getting placed who have some extra skills and knowledge Various companies visited the college every year like Autodesk, Cisco, XPERI, Toki, Accenture, Edoofa, delta x, RT camp etc and provides a good number of placements

GNDU: Place where lessons are learned and memories are made

Placement Experience:

so every year different companies visit our campus and people from the fourth year are able to see for the placement. Firstly, we have to clear a written entrance test once clear that the company will interview them and get the job so the highest package last year went 25,00,00 per annum. However, the average package is six lakh per annum. It completely depends upon your CGPA and your personal skills, how much you groom yourself to be fit for that company. Tech and non-tech companies both visit.

Btech computer science in Lpu university pros and cons

Placement Experience:

If we have skills, we get placements here, and if we work hard, we can get up to 50 LPA. Most of the renowned companies will come for placements, for example, Microsoft, Google, etc. TCS will give a high number of job offers, but the package is low. It all depends on you and your skills. The placement percentage in Computer Science is about 80-90%, and the average is 7 LPA.

Best University in Punjab

Placement Experience:

CT University has best placement record till now. They have 400+ recruitment partners. Companies like byjus, paytm, infosys, max healthcare and capgemini have already recruited students from CT University. CTU also have corporate resource centre in ct university , to provide ample opportunities for full time internships, on job trainings and placement in reputed companies. Also, students are doing internships with stipends within the university also as CTU ambassadors along wwith theirt study, so this should be a good enough proof of the quality of the skills being imparted to the students.

Remarks:

I got PMSS scholarship in the branch i always wanted, plus its a reputed government college. The college has a great faculty members and good infrastructure. The hostel facility is also great and the food served is healthy and hygenic.
