Remarks :

It was my cousin who is an alumnus that suggested me this institution. He had a good experience studying here, so I also decided to join. The first step was registering online, and I had to pay a fee of 1000 rupees for this. They consider the CAT score for shortlisting, and once shortlisted, we are called in for an interview and a counselling session.

Course Curriculum Overview :

MBA is a two year course. The first year is mostly focused on the basics and the core subjects. We were given a lot of options in choosing electives. The specializations are for the second year. The internship and the project that we did also helped in getting exposure to the practical aspects of the subject. Our faculties were all well qualified. They were very friendly and helpful.

Placement Experience :

The top recruiters include HCL, TCS, HSBC and Deloitte. The highest salary package is around 12 LPA. This may change every year. The average offered is 5 LPA. Also about 90% students usually get placed. We also have opportunities during the off campus placement drive.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fee for the MBA course is around 60,000. This is very cheap when compared to other institutions. However APSU does offer scholarships. They are mainly based on the score on the qualifying exams. Some students are also given a small amount of money based on the marks in the semester exams.

Campus Life :

Our campus had one of the most diverse student communities. They were all very active in organizing events and competitions. The infrastructure at APSU is also very modern. We had free Wi-Fi connection, and a well-stocked library. The sports facilities were also unparalleled. Cultural day and Sports day were conducted once a year.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel registration is during the admissions. The rent varies based on the facilities and the number of people staying. The rooms are neat and well furnished. They have bed, table and cupboards. The mess food is also good. We get food four times a day. We also have a cafeteria.

Remarks:

The college is good but the conditions of hostels are very bad. And one thing, the teachers sometime goes so deep that they slows the speed and atlast syallabus remains incomplete and they extra classes to complete it. Teachers are the last word in my College, and no student can't argue or they deduct attendance or cut internal marks. ( This is applicable for only Gwalior Campus).
