Remarks :

Admission in this college can be done through EAMCET. You should get atleast 2500 rank to get a seat in our college (Especially Computer science branches). The EAMCET exam application fee will be nearly around 800 rs(speaking about general category). I did not get any reservation benefits as I belong to general category. The admission process is totally online and easy. I think it would be better if it could be made faster than now.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was very interested in computers since my intermediate. So i have chosen this course as this is mainly focussing on computer science subjects as well as some additional business subjects which can be helpful . There are many faculty members in our college. I guess faculty and student ratio can be nearly 1:9 . Qualifications of all the lecturers are Ph.D. The teaching quality is very good. Sem exams are of moderate level. 80 percent of students get passed every semester.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

JPMC , Advance auto parts are some of the companies which offered internships with stipend. The stipend is about 25k to 50k per month. Projects are done in the final year or pre final year. Mini project and major project are generally being done by the students since the end of third year.

Placement Experience :

Students get internships from the start of 3rd year and get placements from the end of 3rd year. There are very good placements in our college. The Highest package is about 40 LPA and lowest is about 3 LPA. Companies like Amazon, service now, jpmc, accolite and tcs visit our college. 90 percent of students get placed every year. I want to continue with the job if I get a good job . I didn't think of any other way till now.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our course is somewhat costly. The fee for the course is nearly 140000 rs. But , the number of internships and jobs are very high for our college. Many students get placed in reputed companies with a really good package. Any student whose family's annual income is less than 1 lakh can get scholarship from the government where the government bears the whole fee of the student (rank should be less than 10000).

Campus Life :

Sintillashunz is the annual fest and convergence is the technical fest . Convergence is conducted in the month of September . Sintillashunz is conducted in the month of February. There are a lot of books available in library. Classrooms are digital and sports are encouraged in the college. CSI, Scintillate and live wire are some of the clubs run by students. There are many more Clubs like dramatrix, Crescendo , NSS, VJ theatro etc

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is very big and the maintenance of the hostel is very good. The quality of food is very better and they provide food 3 times a day . Even snacks are provided in the evening. The hostel menu will be changing every month and the hostel fee is a bit high . It is about 110000 per year .Hostel facilities are geysers,2/3 sharing rooms, play ground, Clean and sanitized rooms and bathrooms and many more. Bus facility is provided for the students even though the hostel is very near to the college (nearly 1.5 km from college)

A small glimpse on my SNIST
