Entrance Preview :
No entrance exams are required for admission in the present day as the college is now Autonomous and in 2009, I was admitted directly on basis of my class 12 score.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum back then was different from what it is today. Since the college was affiliated to Osmania Univeristy, Hyderabad, while I was a student, the college course had never been updated. But ever since the college has been accredited with an 'A' by NAAC, The course is very much updated and in sync to meet the present day industry demands.
Internships Opportunities :
Well, in this case, students have to apply on their own. They are allowed to intern with any company of their choice and for this they do seek the help of the placement cell. When I was in college, I had interned with ET Now in Noida.
Placement Experience :
Oh, Yes! IT IS!FACEBOOK, GOOGLE, DELOITTE, HSBC, FRANKLIN TEMPLETON, ERNST AND YOUNG, WIPRO are just to name a few. The pay starts from 2.5 and goes upto 6-7 Lakhs.
College Events :
Inter college competitions,Talent hunts by Times of India, Radio Mirchi, Big FM Intra college competiions, Management Fest, Department Fests!They are quite good not as big as they should be!
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Super feasible! Ironically, my class 11 and 12 fee combined was my fee for 3 years of my college! INR 16,000/- 1st year including INR 3,000/- refundable deposit( at the end of the course )INR 12,000/- 2nd yearINR 13,000/- 3rd year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes, our college does provide scholarship to students. Sports students do get amazing scholarship also.
Campus Life :
I was the winner in the Group discussion competition held in the language week in college! apart from that there are Intra college, Inter college competitions that take place. Sports is very much encouraged in our college! also students represent the college at coveted annual cultural fests such as Mood Indigo- IIT Bombay, Waves - Bits Goa, ALCHERINGA- IIT Guwahati, CROSSROADS - Srcc and many more.I myself was a part of the largest contingent of 32 members from a college from Hyderabad in 2012 at ALCHERINGA - IIT Guwahati.
Hostel Facilities :
No hostel facilities as the college is only for Day Scholars. But the locality around college has hostels and apartments for quite cheap! INR 6000/- for an entire apartment!! Beat that! Moreover, the college is in the vicinity of the Indian Army's land pe
Alumni/Alumna :
Not really though! An alumni meet is conducted every 3 years and one is due this December! The Alumni network is strong but we don't interact! Get togethers are unoffically organised every year! The seniors are very helpful! In fact in my first year of college, I was always with the seniors than my own.
Exam Structure :
Mixed! I can tell you about my course! since it was the semester system we sometimes ran out breath and sometimes had a great time to chill. Internals are conducted every month! and then the big ones - Sem exams
