Remarks :
I have applied for Haryana government colleges, LPU, and as well as I have also participated in JAC and HSTES counseling in IPU counseling I was getting low colleges because of my low percentile but in HSTES counseling I was offered a seat in the civil branch in YMCA and in 2nd counseling I got a seat in dcrust murthal mechanical branch although in my opinion admission process in Haryana government colleges are not so difficult process all you need to do keep checking HSTES websites and I think for the admission process of Haryana government colleges are starting from 24 September so interested students can participate in HSTES counseling if they are interested to take admission in YMCA, DCRUST murthal.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The main purpose of choosing this course is to do differently from other as everyone is going for computer science but they don't know that they can still become a software engineer by learning to program on their own as if talk about coding culture in university is pretty good all most all of the students are a coding enthusiast. If I talk about my mechanical department faculty they are super cool in the mechanical department you get lots of time to explore all other fields if I talk about myself I explored UI/UX designing in my 1st year and teachers are highly qualified and friendly and you share your problems with them and they are always ready to help you. Due to covid, these time exam schedules are a little bit meshed up so can't say about exam schedule properly.
Internships Opportunities :
fewer companies visit for recruiting interns as compared to companies visiting during placement season companies like fidelity visit every year for recruiting interns for the profile of data analyst it pays stipend around 30,000 per month and it internship period is for 3 months. During the internship, you have the option to either you can work on your projects or work in the company.
Placement Experience :
Students are eligible from the 3rd year for sitting in internships and they are more opportunities for those who students who are good in programming because most of the companies visit are likely to hire for software engineer, data analyst profile. They are very companies who visit for recruiting core branches. this year companies visited Yamaha, fidelity, TCS, Jindal steels, and many more.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As DCRUST murthal id GFTIs so its fees is likely to be less as compare to other government colleges or private colleges and there are lots of policy and scholarship available for different students like there is TFW, EWS, SC/ST scholarship policy is available and general category students have the facility of paying their fees on EMI.
Campus Life :
DCRUST campus life is 10 times better than YMCA you get lots of facilities like gym, basketball ground, badminton court, volleyball and football ground and they are complex is also available for hostel students you can buy fruits daily essentials and stationary from that complex market and the library is full of books and classroom are average not too bad not too good.
Hostel Facilities :
I can say that DCUST has the best hostel all the rooms are very spacious and mess food is also good and there is no ragging in a hostel and one-month fees of the hostel are 5000 to 6000. In rooms, you get one bed without a mattress, one table, one chair and with light and a fan.
