Remarks :

We have to go for JEE MAINS examination first, then after the result, it is mandatory to see the previous cutoff for analysing the college seats which are available for you, second, you have to decide both branches vs college, whatever suits you choose that then apply for all colleges based on that after these steps I have chosen so many colleges but the only issue was brach and fees so, UIET nailed at that time for me since it was providing cse with affordable fees structure so i have chosen UIET and for this, you have to appear on JAC CHANDIGARH counselling rounds and wait for your preferred branch for choosing branch there you have to pay 40000 at first after this round you have to appear for physical verification of your documents for more detail please prefer on JAC CHANDIGARH OFFICIAL WEBSITE and same for UIET website it also comes under the affiliation of Panjab university.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have met so many professors when my course was started luckily all were very attentive and also help in learning more life lessons and the very cooperative and most important thing is a batch ratio which is about 1:60 second things, all our faculty are highly qualified from different and different top institutes PhD holders, and exams are very decent like of other institute and for placement, you will get ample opportunities also so that's why I want to be uietian under the Panjab University and i loves computer science so that's why I preferred brach also, fees are very affordable here.

Internships Opportunities :

Yeah, many companies come here for internships but that is too much to be dependent on them but still, every year gets an internship in top giants and so in terms of internship uiet has to work more but still no issue if you are ready to work hard since the batch ratio is very low but still companies come for internships.

Placement Experience :

no of companies increasing here every year so if you are in cse branch then I don't think you will face problem in terms of placement here, even student of EEE branch gets offers from amazon, American express and that totally depends on your placement preparation strategy many great companies come here top among them are -> Amazon, Goldman Sachs, American Express, Samsung, Deloitte, ZS scalar, ZS associates and many more and we are observing every year new companies also that's great point avg package generally is about 8lac and off campus, placement grabbed here every year even our alumni are in google, Microsoft, cred, apple no issue in terms of placement that totally depends on your hard work

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There will be no issue with fees structure since it is most affordable what I found and also very supportive fees in charge are present here no worries for that loan get easily passed since fees are very decent and college provides many scholarships since it is government college so lots of opportunities here for fees issues.

Campus Life :

Our college consists of all facilities from outdoor to indoor sports, many fests are being held every year and even Neeraj Chahar is from Panjab university who won gold in Olympic so I can say it provides very high sport motivation and has many journals on all topics student generally takes books for their exam usually so no issue found in terms of library and a peer group of our college is very great even alumni comes every time for help.

Hostel Facilities :

HOSTEL LIFE IS VERY amazing at uiet with ample amount of stores are present near hostel so generally hostel also provides amazing food even in government student always face problem in terms of lunch and dinner but here it is totally different so I just wanted to tell you that you will not feel regret here so pack your bag and tie your seat and get here for amazing hostel life HOSTEL ROOMS are very good here even peer group is amazing even hostel manager is very calm here generally try to do documentation work very fast, meal quality is very amazing every week our menus get changed so no issue in terms of mess.

IS BE-CSE FROM CHANDIGARH ANY GOOD?

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, Companies started coming and it may offering till the last semester. Paypal, Toddle, TVS, Mahindra, LG and many more comapnies visited in a single semester which offered 10-30 lakhs and some companies which also offering 4-8 lakhs which actually took some of the students as compared to high package companies.

Good college but surely need much improvements in different fields

Placement Experience:

3rd year and plus students are eligible for the campus placement and more than 100 company visited their and give a good package. Highest ever package their is of 1 6 cr and average is 6 lakh. There are many companies coming for campus placements, including big-tech companies like Microsoft and Google. But, remember that Google only comes to hire call centre guys, not Software Engineers, which is what people end up assuming.
