Remarks :

I had applied for Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwa Vidyalaya Sagar mp under ews quota in BCA . For getting admission we have to give a entrance offline exam which was conducted by University. My time the cuttoff for ews was 80 marks. Then i got a counselling letter & after that i got selected.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose the course because I love computer science. The faculty is not overall good Since its Central University teachers are NET Qualified & their teaching method is also almost good not the best

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 73200 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are not very much that is organised by the University . But yeah we can say Some Local internship like smart city project etc. Smart city pvt ltd , Municipal corporation project , State internship program

Placement Experience :

From 6th sem students become eligible for campus placement. Wipro, Infosys visited 70-80 offers they made. The highest package is around 3.5 lakhs and an average of 2.5 lakhs. 70 % of students are getting placed. My plan is also to get hired by this company

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee is also not very less it's 75000 approx. But yeah it's for the general category for others like sc, st obc it very much since their fee was paid by the scholarship. The full fee was paid by govt for them.

Campus Life :

Annual fest conducted every year in July or August. Our University has a big central library. All curricular activity sports etc are going on occasionally. Dhsgsu telegram is there Which aspirants can join.

I selected the BCA course becythe teacher was very educated and best and also there is very computer labs for practice for students every lab has capacity of students is 150 and labs are full airconditioner the timing of class was started from morning 10 am to 2 pm

Worth the money

Placement Experience:

From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement and internship. Last year highest package was 8 LPA, the Average was 3 LPA and the lowest was 1.9 LPA in the BCA department. Last year Around 60% of students from the BCA department got placed in companies like Wipro, Flipkart, Tata, Amazon, Micromax, Infosys etc, Mass hiring and top recruiters are Tata, Wipro and Infosys. I plan to pursue a master's (MCA) after getting my bachelor's degree.

Remarks:

Positive - the college is very nice. Negative - the college is very far away and students have problem living in there. there are no newtork available of any sim except Airtel. The area is covered with jungle and ther are tigers around there. So this is the only main problem.
