Hinduja Group College

Remarks :

1) I have applied for 5 Colleges that are Mithibai, HR , KC , Jai Hind but their cutoffs are high so I take admission in Hinduja. 2)There is a reservation policy according to state and central since the college is not a minority institution I got in gen quota. 3) The avg. cut off ends around 65-70% and their is no age criteria prblm also 4) Admission takes on as per standarrd times its takes around 30 days total from Application to onboarding.

Course Curriculum Overview :

1) There is a scope in future in Banking and Insurance thats why I had chose this course 2) Teacher student ratio is 1:70. 3) Most of our Teachers are UGC NET cleared and some are M.Phil. They do their best but because of pandemic we face lrblm in practical subjects rest is all okay. 4) Since College is not Autonomous so its not in College hand to conduct exam on time but the paper were set by College so its easy.

Placement Experience :

1.) From sem 5 we are eligible to placement. 2.) Since I have came in sem 5 in this year only so I dont know so much but their were good numbers of companies came. 3.) Highest is 5 lakh n minimum 1.2 lakh from executive to marketing head. 4.) 20% is placement ratio. 5.) Pursue MBA after College.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1) Fee structure is like that from 1 year to 3 year the fees is b/w 17000-20000. It is ok not so much it is very much feasible. 2) Their are many Scholarships available for briliant students one can check on their website. Some of are Hinduja brilliant students awards, etc. In pandemic we have a facility to pay fees in Installment and for job we have a placement cell.

Campus Life :

1.) We have Panaah event which were held in November. 2.) Their are a large variety of books one should visit it. 3.) Normal Furniture not so advanced. 4.) We have Gymkhana Committee which takes care of all curricular and game activities we dont face any prblm. 5.) MUN , PLACEMENT CELL, STUDENT COUNCIL.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is good. They keep their exams well scheduled. The teachers are average and won't say they are great as they don't put much effort because 90% of classes are empty after the first few weeks. Yes there is no minimum attendance But talking about our English teacher she has a PhD in English and speaks well although out of three math teachers. The exams were moderate as compared to NM mithai and Podar. And it wasn't that difficult to pass. Although the invigilators won't leave the classroom for a single second during exams which would make it difficult for copying.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The internal exams are very important to give and also it is very difficult to pass in internals. In the exam, the supervisors are also 2 in each class and they are also very strict. No student can copy in this college. The faculties are also highly educated and their teaching method is also very good. The college has 2 computer labs also.

Placement Experience:

The placement is provided at the end of the particular course. At the time of 6th-semester placement, opportunities are provided to the students of our college. The company that has been visited our college was Cipla, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and many more. Almost every year 70% of students get placement from our college.

Placement Experience:

The college has good opportunities for the student's placement cell which objects to prepare students for difficulties. Some of the companies that visited the campus for placements are HDFC Bank Aditya Birla capital. 42 to 60% of students got placements in campus placement. My plan degree is to pursue MBA from SP Jain College.

Placement Experience:

Final year students become eligible for campus placements from semester 5. There are quite a lot of companies that visit. From companies in the Big 4 to Taj, Wipro etc. I did not sit for campus placements so I am not sure about the number of offers made, salary packages and percentage of students getting placed as well. My plan after getting my degree is to pursue Master's in Business Management.

Remarks:

The college timing should be made more consistent. At least a fixed schedule must be set. Especially the duration of lectures, sometimes we have same subject for two consecutive hours which turns out to be too much.
