Mixed Bag Of Sorts

Remarks :

The admission process was not that great. The paperwork was fine but when you finally go and pay the installment, they won't even bother to hand you the receipt. Even when you ask for one, they will take you for granted and postpone it by saying things like "Take it next month." They will treat you well and eat your head until the first installment is paid, and after you have paid, you are on your own.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My experience is based on attending classes during the pandemic which means the classes were mostly through Zoom. I can tell you from my experience, that half of the Faculties are incompetent, inexperienced and aren't bothered to even teach you. Despite being an English-medium college, they can't speak or pronounced basic English words/sentences. There was a teacher who wouldn't even have her notes, taught from Youtube and Slideshare, and had the least interest in taking classes(I can say she only took 1 class per week out of 6 days). Even when you message the faculties any doubts, they sometimes won't reply(even after reading the message) and sometimes you get a reply which isn't relevant to you at all. Now, talking about the other half faculties, they are exceptional. They teach extremely well and make sure the concept goes down well with you. You can say the faculties here are a sort of mixed bag, half are extremely incompetent, the other half is exceptional, nothing in between.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are quite reasonable considering the facilities they provide. Heck, they even provide scholarships to those who scored 80-85+ percentage in their class 12th. The fees were like 83000 per year, which doesn't include bus fees.

Campus Life :

Firstly, coming to the campus, It is quite nice and has an open feel to it as the college is situated on the highway. The cafeteria is also quite spacious and you will find most of the students bunking their classes there. The food in the canteen is good as well. That's where the good stuff ends. Coming to the classes, The classes might not be to everybody's taste as they lack modern amenities like projector screens and even Air Conditioners, so it becomes quite cumbersome in summers there. The computer labs are also ill-equipped, the PCs used are quite old gen and don't even have smartboards. The Auditorium is also mediocre and not built to wow you. The washrooms are also not that clean and don't even have soap dispensers. But, The college has an open verandah in the center of the main building, which is quite refreshing. There are quite a lot of co-curricular activities being held in the college on a regular basis and you will find a lot of talented people left, right, and center.

Many companies come to the college to give placement, many students are selected, their average salary package is Rs 180000-200000, Good number for placement. It is necessary to have 80-90% and whatever interview you are giving, it is more important to get a placement. for

The placement cell is a separate entity having enough connections with companies PAN India. The placement room here is the same as a conference room in a large company. The placement here is 2 lpa - 4 lpa where 4-5 lpa is max. For a Bba fresher(rare to get 4lpa) or Mba fresher (highest 4lpa for them).
