Remarks :
The admission shall be made purely on the basis of merit subject to the rules of reservation of the Government of Tamil Nadu. The following certificates in original and photocopy have to be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission. 10th, 12th Original mark statement issued by the examination authority, Transfer certificate original, Aadhar photocopy, 2 sets of Passport size photo, Community certificate original, and photocopies of the above certificates. The college also providing Online admission with payment and Counseling will start from the month-end of May to June.
Course Curriculum Overview :
A candidate who has passed in higher secondary examination with Mathematics or Business Mathematics or Computer Science or Statistics (Academic stream or vocational stream) as one of the subjects under higher secondary. The course shall be extended over a period of three years comprising of 6 semesters with two semesters in one academic year. There shall not be less than 90 working days for each semester. The examination shall be conducted at the end of every semester for the respective subjects. Syllabus - BSC CS-2018. The staffs present here are with a positive attitude and they always took time to explain and they motivate each student, and they work with the student as a partner in learning. They are always competent, creative, and caring. They teach students to write computer programs, algorithms, and even programming languages. The ability to design, implement, and analyzes computational systems.
Internships Opportunities :
Hexaware, Xenovex, TLS BPO, Sureti Insurance, Triemp Technology, Hansa solutions, Software solutions, Boom Institue, Tech Mahindra, and Qspiders are the companies that offer roles as Scholar/Graduate trainee, Operations Executive, Sales Executive, Associate, Intern and tester and developer. Every final year student has to undergo a team project and viva with their streams related to trending technology.
Placement Experience :
From the Final year/5th semester onwards, the college starts placements and the companies begin to visit. The college offers placement training from the 3rd semester onwards. Mostly Service-based companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL Technologies, Hexaware, Vinsinfo are visited. BPO sectors and banking companies also reached the college and made more than 100-200 offers with us. 3.5 - 4.7 LPA is the highest package and 1.9-2.3 LPA is the lowest package profile offered. 100% placement as 385 out of 400 students are placed. The college also offers higher degrees after the course completion.
Fees and Financial Aid :
The Bachelor of Computer Science course fee structure is about 15000-17000 per semester with additional maintenance fees in it. The semester fee also includes the placement fee, value-added course fee, and celebration fee. The fee structure per year is about 35,000 and they provide free buses for students and faculty to travel. The college provides a scholarship quota for SC/ST category students, NCC/NSS students, and for the students those who secured high marks in their higher secondary.
Campus Life :
Every year the college celebrates a grand Annual day, Pongal celebration, Christmas, and Onam celebration, Fresher's day, Alumni meet, Sports day, and Handloom day in a great manner. There are well standard libraries for enhanced learning and all books are available which are related to the syllabus. The smart glasses are available in spacious seminar halls and auditoriums. They also providing NCC/NSS, Yoga classes, Driving classes on the college campus, Indoor and outdoor games at the National level. Global standard playgrounds for promoting athletics and Marching students for discipline and self-reliance. Student cabinet coordinates student discipline, student and campus development activities comprising of the president, the vice-president, and the secretary.
Hostel Facilities :
There are several types of hostels with Air conditioners, Double cot, four cots, four with attached restrooms and four with common restrooms. Tv room, Foodcourt, Temple, Sit-outs, Wash Room with WaterHeater are available. Hostel food is more delicious for both veg&non-veg food and the menu contains 2-3 dishes, evening snacks, morning and evening coffee/tea with a neat and clean mess. The hostel wardens are so kind to the students and the process of joining contains a hostel fee bill, our parents signature joining form with warden seal.
