Remarks :
My family had it's own business and being the only son, I wanted to be fully prepared before taking after my father. So, to prepare myself I decide to be fully educated and pursue my MBA from from a institute that isn't so far away from my home, hence I found SIMS, which was fairly close to my home and also had a decent reputation in term of education standards. I began the admission process by submitting the application form online through the official website by paying a minimum application fee.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Through the curriculum, I was able to learn business knowledge for understanding business problems and to sort out feasible solution and develop different forms of communication that matches modern business scenario. Other than this, the program also Unleashes the hidden leadership potentials among us and helped us develop our qualities to be a new age leader and an effective team player. The faculty members were also very supportive and provided us with practical skills required by the recruiters.
Placement Experience :
I didn't care much about the placement scenario here as I just wanted to get a proper education to handle my family business but they do provide good placement opportunities and the placement cell of Sairam is one of the best according to my batchmates. The hiring companies where most of my friends were hired include Zoho, Inautix, Amazon, Wipro, TCS and much more!
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The total cost of my program was INR 1.5 lakhs but I didn't had to pay the whole amount at ones rather it was paid in 2 instalments of INR 75000 each academic year. The room rent was not included in the total amount that was paid by me. The institute also offered many Government and private scholarships for our welfare.
Campus Life :
Our campus was beautiful and covered with greenery all around. The infrastructure was also top-class with facilities like huge library, high tech classrooms, canteen and fun activities area along with sports complex that allowed us to play several games. Although there were a lot of stupid rules when I was in my first year, the later years became better with a lot of those old rules gone. Other than this, there were several extra curricular activities and sports events hosted by our campus.
