Course Curriculum Overview :

Course structure was very good all the skills required to get a job in IT filed as a fresher was available in the course which includes C, C++, Java, Data structures, COBOL, Algorithms etc.

Placement Experience :

Good companies had come to our college for campus placement like SAP, HP, Tech mahindra and many students got placed.

College Events :

We had Inter college fest, Drama competitions, Dance competitions, Sports day, Ethnic day ect.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure was feasible when compared to other colleges. For BCA it was 33000 rupees but now it has been increased.

Hostel Facilities :

There was no hostel and mess food one college canteen was there which was not that great. But out side college campus many hotels where there.

Alumni/Alumna :

Our seniors where very supportive and helpful.

Exam Structure :

2 internals and one final exam for each semester (6 months for one semester) and every week 3 labs where there which was not at all hectic.

Faculty :

All faculties where well qualified with double degrees with more teaching experience.

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester students become eligible for placements, I don't know the proper information about the companies but I know that Infosys visited our college and the package was very less, I'll go for higher studies after degree

The placements are mostly from all top companies like cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, CGI, Infosys, sap and many more. The training for starts from 2nd year between the interview process starts from 5th semester. The highest package is 5lakh and min is 2.5 lakh. I have been already placed in one company

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements while they are in their third semester onwards. But some companies demand to complete their studies first and join them. The companies visited are Infosys, Wipro, Toshiba, etc. Almost 80% of 100% get placements. The remaining students get other opportunities in other placements. Well, I plan to get a government job and I don't like placements

Remarks:

Srinivas University is one of the top college in Mangalore and it is the only college in Mangalore which provides highest number of courses. College infrastructure is great. Colleges follow greenery and good in cleanliness. The laboratories are well maintained with all the latest equipment. Facilities like library, sports room, hostel, Wi-Fi, ATM etc are provided by college.Fees structure is not such high compared to other colleges.

Admission:

In order to get admission in this institution, the student should be a class 12 pass with atleast 50 % marks. the candidate will have to go through entrance exam and based on their result they will be selected for the university

Placement Experience:

There is the department of placement. They provide with great opportunities to its students. There are internships for  the students to grow. They also provide with jobs and placements for their students. Many firms come and recruit the students. Many students take part in the placement programme and enhance their skills.

Admission:

My result was late. The seats were almost got over but by the time I came for admission, mine was the last seat they told they would be joined. Admission was taken based on my marks. If I would had got less marks. Then I Couldnt have got admitted.

Placement Experience:

As my seniors are holding placements in Amazon, Dell, flipkart, Samsung, Sony etc. I am still studying. We have more placement training classes at weekly twice. In this session students are thought and trained about getting placed.
