Remarks :
I choose this college because this is the perfect and best college in Faridabad. This college is average in placement but far better than any other college. when I want to take admission after 12th I search for 'n' numbers of college but find this one is best out of others. I want to take admission to Delhi University but my %age is not good enough for that so I choose this MDU University and the admission process is very simple and easy just submit your documents and fees and that's it no more tensions at all. Not only in studies but also in sports too. Especially in sports MDU is the best University than Delhi University. The bad aspects are only that like no free period is given or lunch break. There are continuous classes back to back from morning to afternoon.
Course Curriculum Overview :
So I choose a B.sc computer science course as I passed my 12th from science stream and currently preparing for govt. Exams side by side. And this course is medium not much difficult and not much easy but ya if you study at least 1 hr after your classes you will get good marks because the syllabus is not too much. You just need time for self-study while enjoying college life and if you can't have an environment in studying at home, the library faculty is provided also. All the teachers are highly educated and some are very good just like a school teacher, they do spoon-feed, provide every study material that you will need and teachers are very friendly too. You can contact any teacher via call or text at any time, all the teachers are free to help you. And the teaching method is too good too. And in this college, there is a semester system I mean 3 years = 6 semesters. The level of exams is moderate and every question in the exams comes from the syllabus only.
Placement Experience :
During 3rd year of the course, you will eligible for campus placement. Frankly saying not sure about placement because I am in 2nd year right now and as per my own research, the college placement is good. I am not telling you what others told me.I am telling you my own research and experience about this. Because before entering this college I also take so much time for my research about the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees are very Budget-friendly. I mean around only rs.30,000+ for one full year as compared 5o other institution or college generally the b.sc cs course fee is around rs.70,000-90,000/- and school provide scholarship program too if you belong to any caste other than general category, the college will provide you a scholarship or if your family annual income is less than 1 lakh or you are from sports Kota, you will definitely get a scholarship or even based on your 12th marks. and about job opportunities, I am not sure though because I am in 2Nd year in this college but the research I did was too good I found out that the job opportunities on campus are average (6/10)
Campus Life :
So the library is awesome and the college library provides all the books and journals related to the course to the students, according to their 12th %age they can issue the books from the library. And there are no typically clubs or societies in the college but ya there is one society basically science-related. In the college, there are NCC, NSS, or YRC groups. The amenities in the classroom are good no. of benches, airy classroom, a blackboard, and whiteboard both and even virtual board are there. And about sports, DAV college is the best. All kinds of sports available and even a few training too. Also, college concentrates on beginners too. So many co-circular activities are conducted during the college days.
Interview Experience :
For admission on merit-based, you just need good marks above 50% or submit your documents in the IT department of the college after you find none on the merit list. Sot the procedure is very easy. No need for any personal interview.
