The Pondicherry University is a Central University, 850acres of green campus, student-friendly environment. Admissions are usually done during the months of July to August. Open counselling will be conducted only if there are vacant seats pondicherry University

Course Curriculum Overview :

The good knowledgeable faculties.The exams are quite moderate and 70% of attendance is must. 2:1 ratioResearch scholars and permanent faculties are appointed

Class Size : 69Course Fees : INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience :

9th semester the students become eligible for campus placement.Campus placement only for few courses. around 80%of them get placement in the companies

College Events :

There are many functions held in different departments each and every year. Anandha Rangapillai library Asia's 7th largest digital library, normal classrooms,GOOD for Sports thiruvalluvar stadium

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Around 50k will be the cost to study.Protests are done against the fee hike.Merit-cum-means Scholarship based on the 1st semester results the student will be awarded 3000;2000;1000 for top 3 students of the 1st semester

Hostel Facilities :

Well maintenaned and good quality mess food is assured. Weekly the menu is repeated, Non-veg and Veg food both are available. Canteen facilities are also available.

Hostel Fee : INR 16000 per year

Admission :

Entrance exam will conducted across all states in which students are expected to qualify and the top ranked students will get admission. The 11& 12 class syllabus is enough for the entrance exam

Campus placement students are eligible from 3rd sem. I think the highest package is 30000 monthly. We have all applied for placement but haven't gotten back from the companies so we are all waiting for that.
