Remarks :
This is the one of the best JNTUH affiliated colleges in Telengana . It has its own website and students can access all things like notes, attendance percentage etc. Good bus facility . One of the top ten College in Hyderabad. It has AICTE APPROVED & NIRF APPROVED . It has good faculty and good necessary things like labs, equipments , NSS PROGRAMME etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Materials and Metallurgical engineering is the one best engineering subject to go deeper into metals section compare to critical subjects if u love and get involved in subject u will clear this subject easily and u have good scope in doing masters and doctorate in this subject . Here most of the faculty have docterate on their specific specialization they have plenty knowledge on the subject . Exams held in timely terms though we have 3 mid internal exams which for 20 marks each and one final exam which is for 80 marks . Here we go through basics of the subject Teachers take care of little bit also so u won't find difficulty in learning .
Internships Opportunities :
Yeah my college gave me a great opportunity they gave me a chance to pursue my major and mini projects in one of the toppest industries and scientific research centres in Hyderabad .I have done mini project in DEFENCE METALLURGICAL RESEARCH AND LABORATORY Hyderabad and UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD .they both gave me a great knowledge of science and enhancing knowledge in my stream. I'm thankful to my college they gave me a good institutions to reasearch .
Placement Experience :
In our college placements are taken ever year almost 300+ members were got selected and some students aspire to do higher studies and do masters in abroad and some students do PG in India and also we have good job opportunities in our country also after completing btech here .
College Events :
Life at campus is much interesting although we studied in a strict environment they don't allow you to roam on campus while it's an class time u have to bunk if u want to chill in course time. Annual fests and dj night and two more fests carpedium and magistech we celebrate them with full joy and fun. Library is the place where you can find lot of journals magazines books pretty published papers old project reports of alumini and free internet computers etc. sports we have separate sports association we are supplied with most of the things which we need to play any sports . We have gym , rabble tennis , cartons etc. We have many clubs like Mgit symphony for music , Mgit spotlight for acting , Mgit beat cruisers for dance etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee Structure it varies to batch to batch . My batch the fee structure was 100000 per annum .I have scholarship as a convener quota 35000 is paid by government and the remaining amount should be paid by me. At the starting of your course they will give a definite fee structure once they given a fee Structure it will not increase or decrease in your course time no matter what it remains same . They accept scholarships. They have campus placement cell also they will help u find a god job at the end of 3rd year they start their plans and opportunities to give a job to a graduated student .
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are pretty old but the food was good u can eat a lot u want and the security is also strict compare to college our hostel security is much tight we have library in our hostel also we have transport facility to college .
Admission :
No I didn't faced any group discussion or interview. As I got admitted through convenor seat by writting ECET exam. There is no chance to get a seat without writing an entrance tests like EAMCET OR ECET . any one of the exam is mandatory to join.
