Remarks :
College management is serious about only discipline like one should come in time, no boy is allowed to talk to a girl. Etc etc, Rather concentrating only on discipline it would be nice if they concentrate on providing best knowledge to students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is overall good. All the faculty having experience in their respective subjects. Examination is all controlled by JNTUH which is a university in Hyderabad. Coming to research in our college there is no specific research and development word. No one care about discovering or finding new things. They teach only what is there in text books and they don't provide practical knowledge at all. The knowledge they provide in our college is not at all enough to get a job or to get success in our lives. One should do his /her own struggle to get the job. Though we got some small companies for placements but the percentage of students got placed is very very less.
Placement Experience :
I did one internship in my whole btech life but attended many workshops inside and outside my college. I did a project on smart irrigation system in my internship period. Placements are limited. And compare to other college we have very very less chance of companies coming to our college. There are some companies which i never heard about came for placements most of them are from Bangalore. Around 20% of total final year students get placed Every year. For name sake they provided training for campus recruitment training for 2years which is useless.
College Events :
Hardly they celebrate farewell or freshers. In my whole btech life only one farewell was celebrated when iwas in 3rd year. During this farewell time only they conduct culture and sports events. Technical events like workshops are conducted every month atleast one.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Tuition fee is feasible. But they add extra fee like breakage fee ( if you don't even break anything also ), JNTU fee. The tution fee is around 51000 to 53000 per year. The mode of payment is through cash only no upi/credit card/Debit card is accepted only offline no online.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Iam not eligible for scholarships because my parents are government employees. Scholarship of 35000 per year is given by the government of Telangana for every student who takes the seat through enternce exam and web counseling.
Campus Life :
There will be no extra curricular activities at all. Every day will be like school. only classes. Even schools provide games once in a week but in our college there will be nothing except classes.Labs are very outdated no use of that labs in our practical life.
Hostel Facilities :
No, but I can explain about hostel. No basic facilities will be provided in the hostel. Food also not that much good. Its 4 to 6 sharing rooms. Its like booth bangla if we see at night. Overall its not at all recommended.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yeah i have friends who are my seniors but when iam in 1st year they were in 4th year. Only one year they are with me in college after they passed out i didn't make friends with seniors. My senior friends are very helpful they taught me many things. Still iam in touch with them.
Admission :
I choose electronics because basically iam interested in electronic devices like knowing about electronics and experimenting on electronics devices.I got into this college by EAMCET enternce exam and on July of 2015 i went to college to confirm my seat which was alloted by web counseling. I choosed this college because its near my hometown. The process for admission is through web counseling and management seat which we have to donate money and buy the seat. Generally the dates for this would be in the month of July but because of covid 19 this year admission are not yet started.
Faculty :
Most of the lecturers are good at text book knowledge only but some ph.d professors having practical knowledge. But coming to text book explanation every faculty is good. They explain every topic which is important for exams only. The average age of our faculty is 35. With my knowledge I didn't see any lecturer with industry experience in my college.
