Remarks :

Sandip University, Nashik provides Aerospace Engineering which only few college provides in Maharashtra. But still there are no instruments provided for practicals. Only theory is taught moreover now they have hiked fee ( 1,30,000 for one year ). Only good thing about college is the campus. You can find more about the university on collegedekho.com.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was enthusiast to pursue Aerospace Engineering but to be honest this college does not have anything related to aerospace. Moreover the faculty keeps on changing and no practicals are conducted. Students in class are more than 60 which leads to chaos in class during lecture.

Placement Experience :

Placements are conducted during 7 semester. As the 2017-18 batch is the first batch we have no knowledge about the placement. But college has started providing us campus placement training.

College Events :

Campus includes Boy's and Girl's Hostel. There are 3 canteen and 1 cafe. Every year we have Sandip utsav ( Annual fest ) in the month of February which last for approx 1 week. Tech fest are conducted by every engineering department just before Sandip utsav. Library has all the books required for engineering courses. We have different clubs for extracurricular activities like travel, dance, singing club etc. Sports activities are conducted during Annual fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

2017 batch fee is 105750 per year and is unchanged but 2019 batch fee is 1,30,000 per year. Scholarship is provided on the basis of SU-Jee exam which the college conducts every year for admission in first year.

Hostel Facilities :

Every hostel room there are 3 students. Every hostel floor has common washroom and bathroom with hot water in morning. Meal is provided at canteen Morning breakfast, afternoon lunch, evening breakfast and then dinner. Meal quality is good but menu remains same throughout the year. Every year there is admission process for hostel. Fee for 2019-20 is 90000 and 5000 deposit.

Admission :

As Sandip University is a private University they provides admission on the basis of 12 board results, JEE-Main, SU-Jee. There are no GD/PI for admission.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did choose this course for the sake of graduation but after joining for this now I am more interested in doing a pg in the same field. The faculty is so good and very qualified. And none post is vacant. Exams are not that difficult to pass there were as equal to our board exams. And exams are held semesters wise

Remarks:

No entrance exams are needed to take admission in SP college, Chandrapur. Students doing plain 11th - 12th have the best opportunity for their career as they have to score good marks in 12th boards.

Placement Experience:

SP college, Chandrapur ranks average in case of placements. As less companies come for the placements. Students are placet at Infosys and Wipro.
