Avg Placement and Good Infra

Remarks :

My college was affiliated with GGSIPU till 2019. So, I took addmission from GGSIPU counselling and on the basis of JEE MAIN RANK and got this college in the counselling the main reason for selecting this college is because its a Govt. College and has very low fees compared to other private colleges, But Now our college is turned into NSUT East Campus So, its fee structure has been changed and become 4times higher than previously. But also the upcoming students will get benefits as of NSUT Main Campus Students get.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to opt B.Tech (CSE) but due to cutoff i was unable to get that branch so, I opted ECE Branch and got admission in this college. Our college provides two course B.Tech and M.Tech for there are two branches in B.Tech (CSE,ECE) and 5 braches in M.Tech. Till 2019 batch our college follows the guidelines of GGSIPU but for upcoming batches they have to follow guidelines provided by NSUT Main Campus. All the teachers are well qualified and mostly are PHDs and recruited by AICTE under Govt. of Delhi. Most of the teachers are permanent but as a govt college their is a lack of some teacher but to fufill them their are contractual based teachers which are also well qualified. All teachers are very kind and helping in nature.

Placement Experience :

The placement is average most of the students get placed but the annual average package is about 4-5lakh/year. There are infosys, wipro tech, etc comapnies which comes here. No, Product Based or StartUp comapnies visits here, just some service base comapnies visits here till now also there is very less or no internship offered from the college side, as it become the East Campus of NSUT the upcoming students will be allowed to seat in NSUT placements and placement record will improve and will be increased in coming years.

College Events :

Their is one technical and cultural fest happens in our college where you can win lots of rewards based on you skills but their is less crowd from outside the college except the participants. Also their are lots of societies and clubs where you get some extra skills by participating in them.Campus life is good very less crowd, good infrastructure with a very big ground, dedicated parking available. Boys to Girls Ratio 7:1. There is also a room dedicated for Table Tennis, court for badminton and volleyball also their is a court for basket ball. location is not very good, transportation problem for students not having their own vehicle, and also now it became EAST CAMPUS OF NSUT so things will improve.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

When I took addmission back in 2019 I had payed 40000 to freeze my seat and no more fees i have pay after that, and for the batches till 2019 the fee was around 40,000 but for the batches from 2020 onwards the fee structure will vary and will be around 4 times higher, because it is now affiliated with NSUT East Campus and the addmission will be taken through JAC.Our college does not provide any internship and no comapnies visit college for internship till now but it may change for the batches 2020 and onwards. Average annual package received by the students in campus placements are b/w 3-5lacs but outside the campus you can get even more. So, their very less opportunities of jobs in this college till now as it is affiliated with GGSIPU.

Hostel Facilities :

Our college does not provide any Hostel facility till now but there are many P.Gs nearby which are available at 10k for two students per month. Our college has canteen where you can enjoy food, also their are many food stalls outside the college. Locality is average it is situated in Geeta Colony which is crowded and all the facilities are available, nearest metro stations are Shastri Park, Laxmi Nagar.

The highest package after bba is 5 lakhs per annum which is quite ok after bba My plans after getting my college degree is that I would apply for my further studies in abroad during my 3rd year of the college so as I don't have a year gap and I would start preparing for IELTS exam

Placements was good with a average package of 6-7 lakhs and with the highest package of 22 lakhs . Package was quiet as ROI was good. If you was not placed you can apply in college department by clearing their entrance exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So I chose PCB after 10th and wanted to explore interesting courses. Food technology really made me interested since then and I was eager to be enrolled in this course after collecting all the information about it. The course has a vast scope. Lady Irwin has an amazing faculty too. The teachers here are quite cooperative and their teaching methods makes the subjects interesting to study. The teachers are well qualified from top institutions like BHU, CFTRI etc.
