Remarks :

Some faculty is having partiality, i dont know about right now situation.

Entrance Preview :

I didnt took any entrance i entered into management quota i prefered B.E Computer science course because that time the high opportunity belongs to the field.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum was good when i joined that time the college was new, coz of that faculty also not upto the mark but right now faculty and college is good.

Internships Opportunities :

There is no internship was happen for my batch but now college is providing that too.

Placement Experience :

In my time placement job opportunity is very less from college side but now have good placement our junior batch placed in CTS, C-cube etc.

College Events :

Yearly they will conduct each branch national level symposium and the biggest event is college day and it will long one whole day and ur president A.P.J Abdul Kalam sir also visited our college pongal, onam like all festival will be celebrating in our college.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Hostel was good on room for 4 members room is have good space and light and fan facility bathrooms also good.

Campus Life :

The gender ratio is almost equal and we have students from keral, tamilnadu, and north india, extra curricular activities like state level sports meets and clubs also in college every year technical symposium will happen for every department.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
