Remarks :

College under the 1200 bedded medical college hospital of kerala, situated at kolenchery serves as the best health care facility for a 40 km region. College and management provides much opportunity for its students. I lived there for about 4 years which is unforgettable in my life. My college made me what iam now.

Entrance Preview :

It was the entrance exam by the AMSFNCK. The management association entrance exam. Because this is a course which makes you serve for the suffering and hence for the country.

Course Curriculum Overview :

4 years course. Yearly university exams. First year 10 subjects- anatomy, physiology, microbiology, biochemistry, nutrition, fundamentals of nursing, psychology, sociology, English, computer. 2nd, 3rd and 4th year only 4 subjects related to nursing.

Internships Opportunities :

Internship is not a must. But they will offer about 4k per month. But the experience you receive is enough to make you a strong professional, in your area of work.

Placement Experience :

If u study nursing u will get a job any where in India and even abroad. And you will get a lot of opportunity to work in many mncs hospitals and also in the community.

College Events :

Freshers day, hospital day, college day, onam, Christmas etc are celebrated very grand. We celebrated almost all festivals which was celebrated i kerala.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee is reasonable. Not too high. And it is affordable compared to many other courses. And bank loans are easily available. The thing is each years fee should be paid in advance at the beginning.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Many banks provide bank loans as educational loans. And some sort scholarship is also being provided for the students who excel in their studies.

Campus Life :

Mainly female candidates. Extracurricular activities like, yearly sports fest and arts fest. Then no cultural or religious barriers. Used to conduct election for SNA and college union members. All the students who participate in variety of the programs feel very happy.

Hostel Facilities :

Rooms are excellent with a number of washrooms and a dining hall which can accommodate at least 500 at a time.

External Expense : Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Since mine was the second batch of the college, we had a very deep relation with the seniors. Alumni association is there. All the students who participate in variety of the programs feel very happy.

Exam Structure :

Yearly university exam by the KUHS. And exam results come much faster than other universities. And they provide quality syllabus structure for the exams.

Faculty :

Faculty is very excellent, all are highly qualified. And they all provide quality teaching and training.All the students who participate in variety of the programs feel very happy. And all are very happy regarding the teaching method and level of understanding by the teachers about each student is very much high.

Go for BSC electronics if you like Theories.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cause I wanted to fix every electronics equipments like speakers..but I regretted after taking this course because it mainly focus on the theoretical part and practicals which is basic like creating signals, integrated and differentiated waves. But the last semesters were good practical topics like DSP , ARDUINO,Esp866 are also there.Final year projects will make you a pro,if taken seriously. Students also get opportunities to study programming papers of CS students, which is a good thing helping electronics students to switch between cs and electronics in future.
