Remarks :

Well it is a well reputed government college in Haryana. It is ranked just after NIT Kurukshetra in Haryana. Also the admission criteria in this college is also reasonably good in terms of required cutoff of bachelor marks or admission test scores.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Well the college prospectus mentioned up to 6 streams in mechanical engineering MTech. But only automation engineering stream was available actually. Also the subjects I was made to study or I would rather say was forced to study by the college were not at all MTech level subjects. And the syllabus too of these majority of the subjects was same as that of B.Tech . Although the college had well experienced and qualified professors, they were in some way very arrogant in their behavior and nature. Also they never ever promoted or even answered majority of the doubts of the students.

Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

placements were very low salaried. and criteria for job interview siting was on basis of attendance only. high salary companies demanded high percentage of attendance i.e. upto 90%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fee was very reasonable only 1 lakh per year. scholarships were given to gate qualified students only when they completed their assigned work loads by the college professors.

Campus Life :

The campus is only of 15 to 1 acres which is very less for a university that is government ruled regulated and approved. No other branch or degree students talked to each other. Other than when there were cricket matches or student dharnas/ protests.

Interview Experience :

I did had a face to face interview with the college officials but my admission was done on basis of merit i.e. on basis of my bachelors degree marks.

The Masters course with Dcrust

Placement Experience:

Placements service is not good at all . From my M.tech batch no student was hired because very less placements are coming in the college for hiring freshers. It is happening because a reason also there that market down of IT sector from last 2 years as of this reason, recruitments is very less.

Faculties are top-notch, and the course curriculum is also best structured. All faculties are Ph.D. in their respective domains. Also, they have a vast knowledge of their domain and their subjects. Exams are also moderate level so need not worry about that also.

NIT Kurukshetra for energy studies

Placement Experience:
