Remarks :
Here there was no rush to academics and every lecture was interesting to attend. Apart from the curriculum, we enjoyed the campus life and also organized group parties and volunteer work in nearby villages and college gave good support regarding it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The syllabus was much simple so we did not have many lectures and most of the days were chilled at the college. The exam format was semester wise and we had internal exams and external finals along with the submission and viva.
Placement Experience :
The placement interviews were from reputed organizations like Infosys, Google, Consolidated construction, Faurecia, Virtusa, ICICI Bank, and several others. However, the placement ratio and the salary package was good. Also, the GIET had internships offering in these reputed firms but I didn't found the stipend facilities.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The payment is done as the tuition fees were 28,000 every year which seemed an average to the students in my batch. The total fees for the Bachelor of Business Administration at GIET costs 84,000 which is a reasonable amount to pursue this degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The scholarship amount was bifurcated among the general category students and the reserved category students. However, the amount was not much but generally students from SC/ST/OBC avail of the scholarship due to eligibility criteria. There were no students in my view taking the loan to pay the fees.
Campus Life :
After the lectures got over, we played sports until the bus gets departed. Also, there were no lectures on Saturday so we spent most of the time in workshops, computer labs, or the seminar hall. There were a few student diversity while the rest was from a similar region and cast.
Admission :
I gave the GIET Degree College continuous evaluation test so I was able to get admission confirmation in Bachelor of Business Administration, a three-year undergraduate course. This college was NAAC aggregated and the procedure for admission was online.
Faculty :
The teaching staff were from another department for the first year based on the subjects we had and as the core subjects came, there were much experienced faculties who came to take our lectures and also arranged practical sessions at the computer lab.
