Course Curriculum Overview :
The course was very much updated and the college provided us with a training of 20 weeks in a five-star hotel. Some of my favourite topics in this course were Theory of Bakery & Bakery Fundamentals, Gateaux and Pastries, Basic Chocolate Making, Bakery Kitchen Management and Exotic Desserts. Students can learn alot in this course.
Placement Experience :
Many reputable and big hotels came to offer jobs in our college like County Inn Suites by Radisson, The Palms Town & Country Club, Park Plaza, L.P Regenta, Sarovar, Hotel Classic Residency, Park Plaza, The Madhuban Hotel, Sarovar Marigold, Golden Tulip, Imperial Height, Aloha Hotel, Tag Resorts Lavanya, Marigold Sarovar Portico, A Sarovar Hotel, Sayaji Hotel Ltd., Mahindra Holidays & Resort, Sterling Resort, Ramada Resort by Wyndham and many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
I personally feel that the fees were very less because it was INR 34,500 for the overall course and students had to pay it in two parts. so the students won't feel the burden. For me, the feasible was feasible as compared to the other college in the city.
Campus Life :
In my college, there was a Computer Lab which was having a capacity of 100 students with internet facility for students. The library of my college was equipped with VCD, CD, DVD?S of hotel information and well stocked with the national and international journal. The smart classroom was having the facility of VCR, TV, OHP, Slide projector and LCD projector etc. for out states student, we had a college hostel with basic facilities like a table, chair and attached washroom. Every year the college celebrated annual day and international food day.
Admission :
Admission procedure was very simple first of all you must have a 10+2 passed certificate with English as a compulsory subject. The maximum age of the candidate should be 25 yrs. The candidate has to fill the application form and admission will be given by paying the admission fees.
Faculty :
Our college had the best faculty for teaching and they always provided experienced and educated faculty members to the students. We had daily practicals in the kitchen and workshop so that students will get more practical knowledge than theory. You could ask any of your doubts anytime and you get a satisfactory answer every time from them.
