Remarks :

Quality teaching, reasonable fee structure, good placements, not very far away from my home, facilities like library, sports, labs ,auditorium etc..

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course as it can provide job in good schools. Very good and qualified faculty. Student faculty ratio was approx.25:1.Many professors were having doctrates. There were two six monthly exams which were not too difficult.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 25000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Two teaching practices of 15 days each were offered to students during my time where students got to work in real atmosphere i.e schools where they could get handsome experience for their upcoming future.

Placement Experience :

During the end of the year, various schools send their requirements in the college and college recommends the appropriate candidates from the college to them. There is a proper guidance cell working in the college which keep a record of college alumni and provide them very good jobs in the region.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Very reasonable fee structure 25000INR at my time. Scholarships were also available for the needy students. Campus jobs were provided to the meritorious students. I got job of PGT (PHYSICS) in DAV school from the campus itself.

Campus Life :

Various special days are celebrated in the college such as teachers day, Hindi language day, RTI day etc. Field visits done in places such as museum, places of historic importance etc. Every Friday special assemblies were conducted by students in groups of 15 students...

Interview Experience :

There was an entrance test at my time, conducted at university level for 3 colleges of Chandigarh. I bought a specialized book for the preparation of entrance test and also took the help of net.
