Course Curriculum Overview :

The course covered all the important topics like Bakery and Confectionery (Theory & Practical), Hygiene and Sanitation, Commodities Costing and Accounts. In today time the hotel industry is a rapidly growing industry and they need manpower for the hospitality sector. There is a huge demand for Bakery professionals in the kitchen of the hotel, restaurant, fast food outlet, resort, railways, airlines, cruise liners

Placement Experience :

The best part of the college was the placement cell. the college provided 100% placement. If any Student was from a financially weak background then he could get an opportunity to start working right from their from the first year in order to support his family while gaining industrial exposure from the college. We got placement from The Leela Mumbai, ITC Hotel Group, Hyatt Regency, JW Marriott, Kohinoor Plaza, The Park Hotels, etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees were very feasible and anyone could afford it. Fees structure of my college was very reasonable we had to pay just INR 17000/year. which was very less for a course like this from a reputed college. The main focus of the course was to provide a good education by charging a little amount of money.

Campus Life :

Our college organised almost all types of extracurricular activities. But every year we had a food fest in our college. which was very famous and anyone could participate in that fest. in that fest, you can taste different types of cuisines which is very famous like Thai, Chinese, Tandoori, Seafood, Indian.

Admission :

I got admission after completing my secondary education. anyone who has more than 45% in 10th class, can join this diploma course. I had 70% in my 10th class. so, the admission procedure was very smooth and easy for me.

Faculty :

All the faculty were experienced and There focus was only towards the student. They made students prepare for exams and presentation. They were well qualified. In my opinion, all were the best in their field. Their mode of teaching was really good simple yet effective among the students.

The internal exams are very important to give and also it is very difficult to pass in internals. In the exam, the supervisors are also 2 in each class and they are also very strict. Remarks:

There is no place for sports to the college to have extra curricular activities. That's a drawback rest all is good and we have very good communication with faculty and HOD to share the details and any remarks.
