Remarks :

This college is very reputed in my state the teaching facility their is awesome and this is one of the heritage college of jammu and kashmir.And one more thing this college is near to my vicinity so it was easy to reach there

Course Curriculum Overview :

Curriculum activities of said college is very nice, they participated in every college level tournaments. Academic of Gandhi college is immensely well as they have the finest facality of the state.students get enough to learn about their courses the also used to visit industries so that they can experience everything. Facilities of the college are quite nice for fitness purpose their also gym facility for students

Class Size : 55Course Fees : INR 32000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

In 5th semester of BBA I got chance for internship with khyber ltd, a local comapny which deals in dairy also runs a hospital by the same name and also deals in construction line although comapny is limited with its shares but i got to learn more with them.i worked as a business developer with them for 1 n half months.It was the great experience for me to work with them

Placement Experience :

Most of the companies which visited to our college are indian comapny like Reliance life, wipro,etc.The no. Of students which got placement in on campus jobs are 75%. One of my batch mate has started his online business of handicrafts and he is doing enormously good in that

College Events :

Our college does not initiate any such kind of event on the mass level.All the events or festivals are truly meant for campus students only. There is hardly any kind of event in which other college students can participate

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College does not provide any such kind of scholarships on individual basis.However students from weaker sections of society can apply for Post matric scholarship. The needy ones can be entertained within this scholarship

Campus Life :

Infrastructure of campus is very nice.the library of college is full of unique and knowledgeable books,Although size of library is not too vast Still they provide best facility in a given area.There are also ample of sports facilities, Students enjoy free wifi facility with latest computers in computer lab

Hostel Facilities :

As College does not provide hostel facility, so i can't mention anything about the hostel infrastructure. The main reason behind tht is college does not feel any need of hostels till now, Due to the non availability of non local students in campus

What to expect from Cluster university Srinagar as a student

Course Curriculum Overview:

The relevance of the curriculum can be rated somewhere around 3 out of 10 because of the lack of methods of teaching. I chose this course was professionalism and a deeper insight into the business world but the curriculum The frequency of exams is honestly very unstable, sometimes the exams are held just in 3 months while a semester is of 6 months. This creates a big problem for the students as most of them can't cover the entire syllabus in a short amount of time

Teaching methods should be changed and faculty should be motivated to adapt the new way of teaching and syllabus . For example taxation subject which is mathematical in nature was taught us orally without knowing that it is one of the main subject in the course The curriculum is of no use in real world and everything is like you are still stuck in 2000 s way of teaching

Course Curriculum Overview:

i choose the course BBA because i want to persue mba further for placement reasons. i think the improvements needed in this course should be in the teaching staff , classworks , teaching skills , timetables etc . exams are held every month known as T exams and the difficulty is medium ! if you qualify these T exams then you will be able to sit in the semister exam otherwise you will automatically get a backlog and if your attendance is below 50% you wont be able to sit in the Ts that will result in automatic backlog

Entrance Preview:

GMAT. Scored well above par but due to home problems couldn't go outside state, as such selected Gandhi college which had vibrant and dynamic staff in the field.

Placement Experience:

About 39% of the students got placed in various software companies besides few getting selected in navratna companies. Most of the students got a handsome package of Rs5.00 lakh per annum in the start.
