Remarks :

The placements and teachers are very good here. Teachers in our college were good, helping but some conflicted with each other. You get prepared for the industry. Teachers will groom you for internships. They are always available to help. They are very friendly, but also strict.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Teachers were helpful and Knowledgeable enough to teach us the basics, as well as the specialised courses. Teaching quality is far better than excellent. The course curriculum is absolutely good for getting a job in a multinational company or government and even private Sectors.

Course Fees : INR 600000 per year

Placement Experience :

90 percent of students passed in my course. The highest salary offered was Rs. 80k and the lowest is rs 20k. Top recruiting companies are the leading banks operating in the Market of India. Top roles are CEO, FO and many more. The highest package is 80 k the lowest is 2k.

College Events :

Wi-Fi labs, computers, excellent teachers, well-organised students union, Very good canteen with good Hygiene and quality of food. Professors are highly educated and cooperate with us in Every field. In sports and games also our College Students are good.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of our college is quite huge. There is a canteen. There is a basketball field and also a common room for chilling during breaks. There are cafeterias and other restaurants outside the college for hangout. It is close to the roads, so it's very accessible.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My teachers suggest me to take Chemistry honours. And I also wanted to become a scientist from my childhood. I also love to do experiment. So I choose this cource. I heard that here teachers are very good. So I joined this institute. The curriculum prepares me very good to step in real world. There are no such advice to improve, all is previously improved. There are total 6 semesters in our cource. Per year 4 exams are held, 2 mid-sem exams and 2 end-sem exams i.e. all year 4exams are held. The exams are too tough and few common questions we can find.

This is the Alipore Campus of Calcutta University of Home Science Department. This place is so beautiful in the middle of the city. The campus is full of greenery and the natural beauty of the campus is awesome. The friends,the professors, the scholars are too good to us. Every seniors are so helpful. The college provides a student-friendly atmosphere. The college library is worth mentioning. The entire college premise consists of three buildings and they are separated by roads. This is quite disturbing since it takes time to attend general classes after attending honors class in a separate building.
