Remarks :

The college management was so bad good marks & everything is given to only reference students

Entrance Preview :

I've completed my diploma & admitted to Direct 2nd year of engineering. So I didnt took any entrance examination

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was computer engineering, that course was much focused on electronics & maths, which are nothing to do with computer softwares, 3 years were complete waste with study of basic electronics, University should change this curriculum to new technology study.

Internships Opportunities :

Our College didn't provide any internship & No stipend were offered. As a freshers we really wanted to get some internship experience but they didnt offer anything.

Placement Experience :

Placement was offered only to top level students from a single class, like if there are 30 students then placement & job opportunity was only for 2-3 students.

College Events :

Technical Event - many inter college student participated Annual Function - college student participated Paper Presentations - many inter college student participated

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees Structure was ok Admission PayoutSessional Exam 1 - Payout around 500Sessional Exam 2 - Payout around 500University Email - Payout around 3000 for the university exam

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship / loan facility offered by your college was ok as they used to follow the guidelines of the AICTE

Campus Life :

What about extracurricular, labs, sports, competitions such as robotics, debates etc lol our college was more like a primary school no extra activity like such were there.

Hostel Facilities :

hostel facilities and mess food were so pathetic as there were lot of complaints for the foods & hotel premises were not good

Alumni/Alumna :

lol our college was more like a primary school no extra activity like such were there. so how can you expect a Alumni Network or any such interactions.

Exam Structure :

Exam Structure was ok Sessional Exam 1 - Exam on basic of half curriculum Sessional Exam 2 - Exam on basic of full curriculum University Email - Exam on basic of full curriculum

Faculty :

The Faculty of college were mixture of old & newbies, they only have the textbook approch to the computer engineering scenario & they dont have have real world exp to help us out in the future.

LIFE at VIT

Placement Experience:

Students from the 7th semester onwards are eligible for campus placements. Core Biomedical companies like GE, Medtronics, biosense etc and IT companies like TCS, JIO, INFOSYS, CAPGEMINI etc Recruit Biomedical Engineers. Most Biomedical Students prefer Masters over placements. 80 percent of students from selected candidates get placed. I will go for Placements and I will get into post graduation after clearing GATE 2023.

Remarks:

Location is most likely a factor for me. It is closed to my home. And the another factor is that, Different colleges offer different programs with their curriculum. For example, as an Engineering student, I had a set of classes that I was required to take, with little deviation apart from electives.

I haven't experienced placements yet. but yes the deserving students get internship every year. The whole staff of this college is very nice.
