Course Curriculum Overview :
The course has 8 semesters in four years.first year for intermediate extension and second year is basic for the course and the third year for core subject and interships and prior these we have placement recruitment centre where we get training for placements and games
Placement Experience :
Infosys Tech mahindra some mncs visit for our college for computer based placements for our department HSL i.e Hindustan shipyard limited and some software companies come for placements.we have internships in IITs and various shipyards such as HSL,GOA COCHIN.IITs such as IIT kharagpur
College Events :
In our department we have various events spart from cultural events in the college such as many maritime conferences are held and student welfare and skill development programmes are conducted apart with this we have several seminars and lectures are given by naval chiefs snd other marine side experienced employees and as for cultural zctivities we celebrate each and every government holidays such as teachers day and conduct department games
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Feasible. The college has a andhra bank besides principal office. Yes the college provide transparency in the fee-breakdown The fee for eamcet based students is free for non government employees parents and for aucet exam based students is nearly two lakhs per annum.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As it is a government college,government provide us scholarship which sufficient for both college fee and hostel com mess fee for those whose parents are non government employees.
Campus Life :
Gender ratio is 1:2 boys lead But there is no gender bias or any of the above discriminition in religion,race,sexual orientation.Everyone helps each other whether a boy or a girl Students are very helpfull and has unity in between them for organising any fests or any cultural programmes
Hostel Facilities :
Yes,i am a hosteller. The rooms here are very small. Each room has two seats and no beds are provided for upstairs,the food is available itself in the hostel. The bathrooms are acceptable.There will be a security guard for each hostel and a block warden also student mess secretary system is available
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes,they are helpful in making right choices during exams and cultural activities and future plans
Admission :
This course is rare and has good future.1.This is a government college. 2 Experienced proffessors are available. 3.very free and good atmosphere for study.4 sports and games also other cultural activities are held.5 Many programmes are held here with so many intelligent leaders
Faculty :
Good faculty with great experience in IITS and theyarevery loyal and friendly with the students. They provide techno classes and practical experience by visiting nearby hindustan shipyard for practical knowledge and for increasing the interest on the course and also provide internships for the students in the various IITS.
