Remarks :

It was a very average college teaching was bad no good infrastructure there is lot of scope for improvement there was no campus hiring such institutions shud be given few guidelines to follow so that students will not feel helpless when they passout.

Entrance Preview :

CET and COMEDK are the entrance exams I took which was mandatory for any ug course in my state admission was on basis of ranking.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was average we had very less practical knowledge where the market asks for more. Options on Electives were good bt there were no faculty for most of them. So we were forced to take the one which our college was comfortable with.

Internships Opportunities :

We were not offered any internship it was an average rated institute it dint hv fund to provide these facilities there was no stipend offers too usually other institutes offered 5k every month we dint get any such facilities though we were good at academics.

Placement Experience :

None we tried off campus and yes we worked very hard to get placed, CTS- 3.15 lakhs per annum, infosys- 3 lakhs per annum, L&T - 3.5 lakhs per annum.

College Events :

Ethnic day college day both were celebrated in college campus they were very bad very poor quality no management festivals were celebrated. There was no inter college fests all activities were confined to college alone.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure was feasible free seat-18kPayment, 50kManagement quota- 1lakh, Comedk-1.10lakhs, free seat fee structure was v reasonable it helped students a lot.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No such facilities offered i have no idea on these such institutes should not be given permission to get licence.

Campus Life :

There was no extracurricular activities as such all were inter college fests very poor quality no chief guests were invited no role models it was pathetic.

Hostel Facilities :

There was no hostel and mess facilities we had to look for rented rooms nearby we are out daily and some used to prepare these were distracting us frm studies. Such institutes without these basic facilities should not be encouraged.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors were v helpful and friendly we dint get any chance to meet alumni nor we were invited as alumni to guide our juniors zero effort from the college.

Exam Structure :

University exams were good we used to have time to prepare not hectic every month we had internals we had semester system 2 semesters per year it was managable.

Faculty :

Faculty was average out of 10 I could say around 2 were good this made us difficult to understand concepts in depth everything was written on board and we were asked to copy that faculty was not well trained they were poor in english.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do my engineering in well known college and in the branch of Computer science. So I joined this college... They have their own syllabus which come from the main branch (i.e, manipal). Course curriculum and teaching methods are up to a high level..

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

Placement Experience:

Students gain eligibility for placements right from the end of 5th semester and can apply till the end of the 8th semester. Companies like Accenture, L & T, Goldman Sachs, Kuliza, BMRCL, Deloitte, Phyllo, Iqvia, Cognizant, Capgemini, Airbus, Salesforce, Microsoft, Amazon, Google are few of the many companies that visit our college every year. the highest offer in 2021 was made to 2 people, being 55 lpa and the average runs at around 20 LPA. 75% of the students are placed every year from RV College of Engineering.

If I get a good job of my interest I'll start working or else I'll opt for higher studies which is also available here in this college. Campusing if good and average salary is also good for normal students who don't get high end jobs.

Remarks:

Well it was a emerging glorious institution, so I chose it. Also it has good facilities with good experience of atleast 10 years in the field of education. The infrastructure of my university is excellent. It has all the facilities needed for the overall development of a student. Although it us situated little of the city, it is totally worth the travel.
