Remarks :

Postive remarks- such a beautiful campus with amazing library, tennis court, badminton court, sports complex gym. Negative- area around the college is old part of city, and people living in old bhopal are moron and uneducated people, little prob for girls.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Studies in a mbbs college is very tough. like there are many nights we had not slept, because of studies. my college academics is good overall except few departments. if you are planning to take medical as proffesion you can't complain about studies. research works are not much here. mbbs is 5.5 year course. 1st proffesional of 1 year. 2nd proff of 1.5 year. final part 1 of 1 year and final part of 1 year and then complusory internship for 1 yeAr

Placement Experience :

Yes we have 1 year complusory internship after final year exams. stipend is 10, 000 rs. in these 1 year we are rotated in each and every department to gain some experience and learn new thing. after internship completion we can join here as juniour resident

College Events :

Sankalpa cultural activities ethnic activities sports day and many more events are held throughout the years cjcjcupcpjcpcupcupcupcpycpyxoyxoyxoyxphxphcphxphxphcphxphcpyxypxyoxoyxlhxlgxlgsgkzkfskgzkgzgkzogzkgzkgz

Fee Structure And Facilities :

At my admission in 2014 it is- 37, 000 per year and at present for my juniors of 2020 batch it is 1 lac per year. which is very very expensive for a goverment medical college. hostel fees is 10, 000 per year.

Fees and Financial Aid :

Yes there is scholarship for obc, sc, st and minorities. Each year they get around 40000. Loan facility is not available in college. you have to take it from bank. but yes, I had take a education loan from my bank which I easily got.

Campus Life :

Sports facility we have are badminton court, table tennis tables, lawn tennis court. gender ration is almost equal, obviously since this a medical college.85% students are from mp. and rest are from all over the india

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel's are good here in each floor there is washrooms. no attached washrooms. rooms size is good but you have to share it with your collegeus.clean water is major prob in our hostel's. location is just amazing. in whole india, you just can't find the view, which we get for our hostels.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes, we have such an amazing seniors. always ready to help you. help in studies or and other thing. in medical college it is very difficult to survive without senior's.i remeber I stuck in midnight somethere and my batchmates not picking up mu call and then I called my senior and he is there to help me at 3am in night

Admission :

No doubt mbbs is far better stream than any other. I prepared for neet ug exam in 11th and 12th class and got selected with my 12th. then according to my all india rank I got gmc bhopal. there is councelling process for admission in all medical college's in mp. According to our rank and priority we got diffrent college's.

Faculty :

Overall is good. Like we 19 departments in mbbs. so in each and every department has some excellent faculties, some good and some bad. but overall faculties are good.obstetrics department is excellent in teaching, so as peadiatrics, pharmacology, opthal, ent, anatomy, bioc, derma, forensic medicince, anesthesia.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is one the few best developed ones which provides real time problem solving at an actual working facility. The medical college is a part of a tertiary care government hospital to provide , train and allow students to apply the knowledge acquired to utilise to treat the patient under the supervision and guidance of the faculty cum doctors at the hospital. The student feels the pride and responsibility of becoming a doctor and the special attribute the profession holds as a life savior of the society. The curriculum is constantly under modification and scrutiny under the nmc with several reforms over the past decades. Few aspects where more improvement might be done is the more clinical teaching at the initial years of course., which is currently started from 3-4 year. The exams are held often frequently with an internal assessment every 3-4 months followed by a pre- university and university exams each year. The exams hold a difficulty level of above average, making only the ones genuinely preparing for it to pass the exam. The passing percentage is 50 for each exam individually for practical and theoretical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and you do need skills to treat patients as it may become a matter of life and death. The teaching curriculum is as per the guidelines of NMC which is a central body and consists again of great doctors with reputation all over India. So, I don't really think that I can really suggest any means to improve that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To do something great for mankind and for society influences me to join mbbs. Cbme is new curriculum of mbbs which more focusing on clinical skills of a student. Areas of improvement is cbme includes integrated learning but most college don't follow it so nmc should be strict for it. Two sessions exam in year and pre university exam and final University exam this exam includes both theory and practical and these are difficult for you if you're are not study through out the year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and gives one responsible work for life. There are many reasons for one to choose MBBS in their career line. GMC Khandwa is affiliated with MPMSU (Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University-Jabalpur). Faculty in every department is well qualified and experienced. Student Teacher ratio is quite good in college. Although the college is newly opened in 2017 and started students intake in 2018, there are some departments in which some faculty members are required more but are not sufficient due to slow recruitment. But I am very much sure that this loophole will soon be filled as being in pioneer batches, we have seen the growth and development of the college in these years. So we believe in an ongoing process by management. Exams schedule is based on guidelines provided by MPMSU.

It's my dream to go into this field hence I choose this branch. The faculty is top-class doctors very trained and the ratio I would say is 25:1 all faculty are Ph.D. or either doctor. Exams are very difficult to clear hence required a lot of hard work and study by making notes and studying regularly
