Course Curriculum Overview :

According to me my course BA Hons geography in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College doesn't require any correction or any other material. But I would like to say that there should be some change in my practical work because some of them are not required in future only they are required if you will you pursue for higher studies

Placement Experience :

My college has training and placement cell which provide in every month the intensive related which you want to work on it or you can say in which field you have interest you can work through in it,after completing your graduation the different companies are come in your college to provide good jobs they will help you in your studies and make sure you get a job in his company.

College Events :

There are so many events are organised by our college and different fest are organised by our Student union and also by separated departments. there is one fest is organised by our student union which is very popular in the Delhi University and the student of each college got entry through their I card.

Hostel Facilities :

In my Shahid Bhagat Singh College which is under Delhi University doesn't have any hostel. But you got the PG as well as room near about my college there are number of PG for girls as well as boys are there where you have to pay a about 6 to 7000 rupees monthly e and extra electricity charges for fully furnished PG or if you want it you want to live by taking room then you will pay about 2 to 3,000 monthly you got the room.

Admission :

Main college isunder Delhi University, Delhi University releases cutoff in the month of May in which your best of four marks are considered, according to your choice you got your admission in which college you want as your as your best of four complete the criteria of your college which you want.

Faculty :

Especially I would like to comment on the faculty of my college of my course that is BA honours geography which is very popular in the Delhi University for his very good result. The faculity of my of course has very e educated and knowledgeable teachers who provide us right knowledge Android direction to the work and help to achieve our goal.

Maitreyi College is Underrated, A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Coming to english hons I had a little different expectations and this turned out to be a little different, This course is too much till where I have studied is inclined towards literature which sometimes students do not like. There are many subjects inside the core, but subjects like literary studies caught lot of attention due to it's attractiveness and different perspectives. Sometimes things go a lot off syllabus which disrupts mindful learning but thankgod it's just 30-40% of it.

The course curriculum is not updated . Teachers uses old method of teaching on pen and paper. Like in statistics now various tools are available in market and instead of making us learn those tools teachers are teaching the most basic things on pen and paper.But the course is very demanding nowadays.

Good and bad's of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is basically design to study economics in a depth so that the understanding of student related to world economic, how economics work , how it affect an individual etc increase and he can work more efficiently to give theories and work in the companies related to economics. The curriculum includes value added course and skill enhanced courses that help us to learn different types of skills that are required in the real world applications. Improvement in these can be done by asking the student to apply all these into real life and connect students with the real life approaches related to the course. For core subjects the timing of paper is 3 hours and for sec and vac courses the timing of paper is 1 hour.

Life as a student in DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) i had interest in history from my class 11th. I wanted to further increase my knowledge ane thus accepted my course 2) the course not only prepares u to give exams but actualy leads u to study many papers, books that expands your understanding of the course and also real life challneges where u have to apply it. It also prepares you for further academic pursuits 3) they can opt for more practical learning apart from classroom learning, they can make field trips and let student know about research also 4) the end exams start after 4-5 months of sem start. U are given well enough time to prepare gradually. The assignments, test can make it hectic but if u complete the given work in time, u can prepare well enough for the exams and do well.
