Remarks :

REMARKS College has secured National Level Ranking (Rankband 51-75) by NIRF, Ministry of Human Resource Development. And it has also secured 11th rank in Pharma Horizon National Survey of private colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The duration of the course is of 6 years (five years for studies and one year for internship or residency). The six years duration is divided into two phases – Phase I – It covers first 5 years for studying during which students have to go to college and attend classes regularly. Phase II – Its the sixth and the last year of Pharma D. It is the training year during which a student is exposed to actual pharmacy practice or clinical pharmacy services and acquires skill under supervision so that he/she may become capable of functioning independently after college.

Placement Experience :

SET's College of Pharmacy's placement cell is situated in first floor. Cell has sitting arrangements for about 10 students simultaneously and visual/audio facility is available for the interview process. Mainly placement cell takes extra care of students who are outgoing and hardworking.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee demand for Pharma D. is about ninety thousand per year. It can be way too expensive for some of the pockets. They are charging really high. I too agree with that. Not all can afford paying this much.

Campus Life :

College organizes blood donation camps for students. It also grants outings and visits to students every now and then for academic purposes. College invites eminent personalities for guest lectures and seminars in the campus.

Admission :

Any candidate interested in taking admission in SET's College of Pharmacy for Pharma D. course must have passed 10+2 exams with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with any one of these two subjects: Mathematics or Biology. Also, he/she must have qualified D.Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. Or, Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above mentioned examinations. Minimum eligibility age is 17 years.

Faculty :

The Department for Pharma D. has 8 faculty members and all are determined towards their service. Teachers are excellent in conducting research and have worked on many research projects. They have great ideas and thier teaching methods are very adaptable.

Remarks:

Positive - The institution teaches not only a degree but also makes us well prepared for life in aspects like , manners , behaviour, cooping up with other ethnicities and cultures and along with that provides every requirement for the completeness of our course Negative - Even though the college is one of the best , there are certain negative for every thing , like the infrastructure. There is no canteen or any source of food inside the college which will be helpful for students coming from far And also a leisure room for students in their free time

There are no such transfer options. Students are allowed to complete their admission only at the allotted institutes. Students who are not satisfied with the allotted seats can participate in the next round of counseling and look for a better option.
