Remarks :

Our college is an epitome of excellence in the fields of research, education and teaching of agriculture and allied sciences with nothing but the best faculties. Their main motive is to promote education in agricultural field.

Course Curriculum Overview :

All fundamentals to agricultural studies like soil, horticulture, fisheries, agronomy, biochemistry and biotechnology are taught in the first year to lay down a strong base for us in our further "Department-specific" studies. Students are trained on field, villages camps and industries in the final semester before project submission.

Placement Experience :

All the students taking this course have to compulsory work with industries, village production units or any field research work in the seventh semester of the course, some get internships in those companies, project to be submitted in the last semester is based on that.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is broke down as the following: Refundable fee of Rs. 9300 Non refundable fee of Rs 5200 This is the revised fee for the current year, please check the website for updates.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The college is a central college hence the fee is not as expensive as the other private colleges. But the central government provides a scholarship of Rs. 3000 to meritorious students, it is by the ICAR.

Campus Life :

Our labs are top-notch, we have frequent visits to industries preparing agricultural products, we have a huge ground for sports. Seminars are held by guest lectures in a regular basis which is very useful for us to understand current requirements.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, I live in the hostel on the campus. Our rooms are spacious, well-equipped with all essential needs, airy. Food is nutritious. Boys and girls have separate hostels, the fee foe hostel is about Rs. 500 and some extra charges such as the mess fee.

Admission :

I wrote the exam called AIEEA for getting into RLBCAU, this exam is conducted by the Indian council of agricultural research, you can submit the application form online and wait for the call letter for counselling.

Faculty :

Our faculties are highly qualified, NET-qualified teachers. We are well trained in all our classes, theory and practical equally. Our teachers are very inspiring and guide us in every aspect of our college journey.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this because I belong to a farmers' family. The ratio of faculty and students is managed properly. All the faculty have higher qualifications in their fields. Exams are held twice in year the level of the exam is medium to hard.

Placement Experience:

The placement of the college is good. In the 7th or 8th-semester companies arrives. The highest package goes up to 8 lakhs and the average lies between 5-6 lakh. However, there is 90% placement but the package is not so good. Most of the students go for higher study.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is average. They offer good placements for the students of engineering and computer science. A number of small and big companies visit the college but they search for a creative person. The students are available for placement when they enter the last year of college. I m not really sure about my placement in the college as I have a different field of work so, I have decided to search for different pieces of training and internships first.
