Remarks :

One of the most positive reason is our teachers are are very good and very well experienced. The teaching method is very good. One of the negative remarks is there is no outing facility for hostel students even in in holidays.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am pursuing my second year BE in mechanical engineering. Engineering is a 4 year course. Each year consists of two exams which means two semesters. Therefore for 4 years there are eight semesters. The exams are a little bit harder but our management is trying the best way for supporting us in studies. The practical exams are very easy because the labs are are very much useful and the Teachers taught us well.

Placement Experience :

There are many placements and job opportunities in this college. Our college does not provide internship. Many multinational companies give job opportunities to our college students. Our college is one of the top college in Kanyakumari district. Therefore many opportunities are there in our college.

College Events :

Many events are celebrated in our college. The main event is fine arts day which is very expensively celebrated. Many chief guest are welcomed to our college. Our college also conduct symposium for all departments.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The annual fees structure for management quota students is 80000 for tuition fees. And for hostel the fees is 52000. Additional cost include books and other for about 18000. It is somewhat expensive and not feasible.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides educational loans which are supported by many banks. Only above 90 percentage of Mark are included for scholarship facilities. Our college is very strict in the case of fees. For management quota there is no donation.

Campus Life :

There is no gender based equality in our college. There is also no politics in our college. Many extra curricular activities are conducted in our college. That includes cricket, football, basketball, Kabaddi, volleyball etc. There is no religion based ratios in our college.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is moderately good. The hostel includes is gym, a large mess and a study hall. The hostel room includes a bathouroom anda toilet separately which is very suitable. Also we have common bathourooms and toilets. The infrastructure is good.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior students are very helpful for us because they help in our exam times and during projects. They are very kind hearted and they motivates us. We have a website for alumni network, which is very helpful for us students.

Admission :

I got my admission thourough management quota. The college is situated in nagarcoil Tamilnadu. And I am from Kerala. And the only way for getting admission in this college for known Tamilnadu students is thourough management quota.

Faculty :

All the faculty members are well experienced and highly trained and they help us in many ways. All the faculty members are very nice. Most of the faculty members are doing their PHD in this college so they are well experienced.

Great College to Lean Good Engineering Knowledge

Placement Experience:

From the Final year last semester, the students are eligible for campus placement. For mechanical there are a lot of core companies that come for placements. Also, even IT Companies take some of our mechanical students. The percentage of the students who get placed is 90% on average. Some of the core companies are LPT(Lakshmi Precision Tools), SAEW, NVH, PDS, S.S.FASTENERS, RENAULT NISSAN MITSUBISHI. The highest salary package offered is 5 lakhs per annum and on average is 3 lakhs per annum.

Dream to achieve big

Placement Experience:

From semester 6, they will provide campus placement offers. It depends on the students. Many companies will be visiting the college every year. Infosys, IBM, tata, reliance, and many more top companies will be visiting. We may get enormous offers from companies. The highest package is 12laks and average package is 2laks. Nearly every single student will be placed, except some slow learners and who are not mentally prepared one's. My plans after my degree are to get a deserved job and should be profitable.
