Remarks :
The college doesn't offer every student a bright future, in fact it is the calibre of the students that garaged this institution as one of the top in the country. The College had made it's name and due to this students with high index mark joins this college. In fact the college is in needy of the students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is based on Calicut university syllabus. It gives enough free space for students to be calm and cool through out the semester and much burden of academics is not felt. Exams are conducted semester wise in October and march twice in a year. As the college is given the an autonomous rank, exams conducted are systematic. The college strictly follows it's academic calendar and this calendar is distributed to every student at the begging of the semester itself.
Placement Experience :
I don't know about placements, but the college offers every student a chance for summer fellowship with top rated institutions. The college gives guidance in entering top universities. Junior research fellowship exams have our college students at the top.
College Events :
The main events celebrated are annual college fest, arts fest, sports day and every department have its own fest. The events are conducted by college union elected by the students at the beggining of the year and it is conducted annually. The department fest is conducted under the leadership of department representative and with the support of college faculty.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's very much feasible as this college is given aid's from the state government.The complete course fee structure is about 25,000 to 30,000 INR and this varies between these two limits according to the changing government policies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
College offers chavara scholarship, a scholarship offered in the name of the founder of our college institutions. More scholarships are availed to the students by the state government itself. Higher secondary schoalrship is the one which is a common scholarship available to most of the students in our college.
Campus Life :
The class college have a well maintained lab which includes physics and chemistry lab. Our college also have a very good cricket and football multi utility ground. An Indore stadium is under construction for the Indore games.they
Hostel Facilities :
No I have not opted for the college hostel buy I have heard that it has a good infrastructure and facilities with annual fee 10,000 INR including food and accommodation charges. It has a strict college warden. The college hostel has a very punctual timing.
Alumni/Alumna :
Oru seniors are now doing there post graduation or doctrate in leading institutions of the country which includes IIT NIT and Central universities. Our college alumni also includes film actress and sports personalities.
Admission :
After my higher secondary education,I applied in this college. I was stuck in the waiting list with a rank 232. Later I moved up in the rank list and finally I got admission in this college. But I was a bit late; I joined the college by mid of the first semester.
Faculty :
About 80% of the faculty are PhD holders. They're well or over qualified. They always have a planning note before entering the class. They strictly follow to their plans and agenda's. They make sure that academic portions are on track. The best thing is that the portions for semester exams are completed before time.
